I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.

I called Tri-County Computers and Montre set up a time to meet with us. Montre fixed the issue quickly. The computer worked again when we returned to the boat and hooked it up. If it didn't work, Montre was willing to come to the boat to try to further diagnose the problem. Thank goodness he was able to fix the issue so quickly and we truly appreciate his offer to come to the boat.

The trailer was immaculately clean, had AC, and running water for sinks and flush. I have already recommended them to others that will need event restrooms on the western shore of the Bay. The only issue we had was needing to provide some extra hose and heavier-duty extension cords because it was 200 feet from the outlet and spigot to where we put the trailer.
