Extremely responsive! He did a great job removing mold that had accumulated from leaving a window open during rain. Definitely recommend!

Further, Cory showed up on time and put some tough hours in on our two cars to make them showroom ready. My lovely wife was floored with the quality job on her car, simply saying it hasn't looked that good since she purchased the vehicle. Both cars were spotless. The service was well worth the time and Cory was fully invested in our cars. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Read before spending the $$$$…read more Revising my rating. I had Cory come out for "my annual maintenance" a few months back. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. Don't waste more time researching and calling around. Sure, check out their reviews. I have yet to see another company or business of any kind with all 5-star reviews.

The acidic nature of this dung doesn't look very appealing and can solidify rather quickly and etch the paint - I have a friend from Europe who swears this is a sign of good luck, well the beneficiary of this lucky action is the owner of Gate Express Car Wash since he became $15 richer this morning after I pulled into his establishment. There was an unbelievable amount of customers waiting, the dual lanes at the pick and pay kiosk proves this is a popular destination no matter what some of the reviewers think of this place, it appears that the majority of the customers in front of me belong to the carwash club and were returning for their free daily wash. After swiping my credit card the barricade lifted and I was able to beat the guy in the near lane before it narrowed a few vehicle lengths before the entrance. This is quite the cash cow, the cars are nearly bumper to bumper as they are dragged through the wash bay. I will say the amount of soap dispensed is incredible I'm sure the phosphorus concoction could create it's on red tide at the municipals waste water plant, you have zero forward vision for most of this journey through the tunnel so you just need to trust the technology. I thought the process was painless and pretty effective especially since my agenda was only to get the crap off my rear window...

Got buddy to run me thru again as wash left streaks all over my black Silverado. I'm not a picky guy, but this wasn't a experience worth recommending to anyone. Update. What a joke. They also offer wash memberships but obviously that wont be happening. You can add on services or select from one of their packages which is what I did for $20. Then you pay and pull forward. Theres an employee to guide you into the track that will move your vehicle thru the wash. Colorful soap starts spraying on your vehicle and it also smells good. The brushes are going over your car and high pressure water spraying. I learned later neither were very effective as the left dirt and soap on my truck. Upon completion the high speed blower drys off your car. You'd think at that point your finished but all of a sudden another spinning cloth brush goes across your windshield, the only problem is it was dirty and left my windshield dirty, uggh! On to the self service vacuums that also don't work. Theres a long row of vacuums to use, 2 of the ones I tried hardly had any suction power. Theres a few more on the along the wall of the wash building and thankfully one of those worked. Thats when I noticed all the dirt still on my truck. Inside the wheel wells, along the running board, across my tailgate and lines of purple soap all down my doors. They should truly refund my $20 but I know thats not likely to happen. 1 and done for me here.
