The respect and kindness they show is equaled by the "Can-Do" trust they command. I was lucky enough to find them about 4 years ago, and I won't have my truck worked on by anyone else. They have all the professional assets my Dealer had, yet the non-corporate attitude. You can reason with them, explain details and expect them to really listen (and understand). They are serious about the business and it shows. Often I will wait for my vehicle while maintenance or repairs are being done and I have a first-hand view of how they handle customers, delivery personnel, difficult situations, etc. Every customer seems like they must be a good friend or a family member. That's how I felt from the beginning and I see now that it's not I am not really that special - it's the team who is special. These guys are responsible. Questions or follow-up concerns are addressed immediately - They will give you their attention and they will make sure you drive away as a completely satisfied customer. 1 star I recently…read moretook my Jeep to All Jacked Up Motors on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL, and this was hands down the worst automotive experience I've ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a simple issue that they claimed they could fix. Not only did they completely fail to resolve the problem, but they somehow made everything worse. While in their care, they actually crashed my Jeep--yes, crashed it. No explanation, no accountability, and definitely no apology. Just a damaged vehicle and a bill. They still had the nerve to charge me full price for a job they didn't do, and I left with more issues than I came in with. To make matters worse, because of their negligence, my insurance premium increased. I'm now paying more monthly due to a wreck they caused--while my car was supposed to be getting repaired. The shop is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized, and shady group of people I've ever encountered. The environment was uncomfortable, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and frankly, it seemed like several of them were under the influence of something. The entire place gave off unsafe, chaotic energy. I've since reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly encourage anyone else who's had a similar experience to do the same. This shop should not be allowed to operate under current conditions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. If you care at all about your car, your money, or your sanity--go somewhere else.
