The place is bright and clean Their menu features gourmet hotdogs with your choice of natural casing or skinless hotdogs. There are some specialty ones, or you can get it plain and add toppings. Today I chose the 8-bit bite. I chose the skinless hotdog this came topped with ketchup, mustard, relish and onion. I opted to leave off the relish and onion, but had them add a pickle spear. The hot dog was delicious and the bun was soft and fresh. I can't wait to stop in again to try a different one on the menu. The owners are a husband and wife couple and are friendly and engaging. I feel the sinage could be better as it is hard to find, but I feel this could be a local Manitowoc favorite.

I didn't mind eating it that way until I realized that with all the toppings and condiments, the parchment paper on the tray was wet and tearing which I then had to be careful not to eat.
