Did Uber Eats. Order placed at 4:50 pm driver picked up 5:12 delivery made 5:21 Food was stone cold. Ordered utensils and they were not included. I called the restaurant and was told I cannot help you call back another time and talk to the Manager . This is not the fault of the Uber driver it takes literally 4 minutes to reach here. And he did not make any other stops after leaving the restaurant before my delivery. This place is bad and so is the food and the service Never Again! read more

Love this place, gotta get out here more. It's right by our job at dong po so really no excuse. Affordable prices, nice customer service, and the food is really good. One bone for an elite rare diet crush is always appreciated as well. They have a super wide variety of options on the menu, so there's really something for everyone. I've been eating from here for many years and they used to be one of my favorite places to eat but almost everything has changed such as the Chicago style Hotdogs, they no longer use the Vienna sausage and do not use the buns that are used for it either. There are mountains of relish on them. The Large fry is no longer a large fry but a small and just small pieces that seem to come from the bottom of the bag. the chili cheese dog is a mess. And under no circumstance will I pay almost $2 for a can of coke. I don't know how many times owners have changed and if they haven't that's an even bigger shame cause they let this place go down hill so fast. I'll be staying away for a while maybe they can get back on track. read more

We stopped in here for the first time today and were not disappointed. The restaurant is clean, offers a number of different options from hot dogs to Greek food and the employees are friendly. I enjoyed my Chicago dog with all the fixings! Reminded me of the hot dog I had at a hole in the wall restaurant in Chicago: Vienna beef dog, mustard, poppy seed bun, green relish, tomato slices, chopped fresh onions, slice of pickle, and pickle salt! I opted to have the onion rings and a drink for just $3 more which was a good deal. Onion rings were hot, fresh, and not overly breaded. My brother enjoyed his Philly Cheesesteak. I wouldn't say the sandwich was award winning, but the meat was tender and it was made with REAL cheese. I hate it when places make cheesesteak with Cheez Whiz! We have heard so many great reviews on this place we thought we would give it a try. We went their last night and ordered the gyro platter for $14. My sister and I split it and was enough but nothing spectacular. The gyro meat and sauce were ok. There are many other places I would rather go for a gyro. My husband had the fish sandwich and we both thought it was the worst fish sandwich we have ever tried. We also ordered cheese curds. Frozen and premade. The food is great. However, they aren't great at getting your order right, or even making the items on the menu right. My last two orders have been wrong which is a pain in the ass when you pick up and take home and find its wrong after you're already home. First order they made both of our Chicago style burgers wrong. No taziki sauce = epic fail. I ordered the vegetarian combo plate the next time and they ripped me off on my lentil soup. My first time trying Chicago Grill was definitely a great experience. I come from a background with family who owned places just like these in the Chicagoland area. The food exceeded my expectations. One thing you can tell is that the gyros is made properly and not overcooked. A lot of times you'll find that these types of places have dried out gyros. Another thing I enjoyed was that they have fresh made hummus, and their pita bread is most definitely homemade. The fries were okay, nothing special. My first visit deserves 5/5. The only thing I didn't like (but still enjoyed) was that I ordered plain hummus and they gave me one with chicken shawarma. That was an upgrade and it was good, but it wasn't what I ordered. read more

I was intrigued by all the great reviews on yelp when I went here for dinner. I was very disappointed with my dinner. I've had polish sausage before too and what I was given was not a polish sausage. It was an over cooked hot dog. The Chicago dog was good though. My friend ordered a philly cheese steak, which I was contemplating, but decided against, since a footlong is almost $10! That's insane. Another problem that I had is that doing an upcharge for a "Combo" which would be fries/onion rings and a drink would be $3, causing a meal for two hot dogs, fries and soda to be $10. Oh my!!! The worst food I have ever had. I ordered the Polish Sausage with mustard and it was very clear to see that the sausage was microwaved. Also, we ordered a chili cheese dog and it was lacking. The onion rings are frozen and mushy. I would recommend this place to no one. I got sick after eating here.
