Cute, little mom and pop type shop with appropriately named dogs. Not many tables but it was clean and cozy. Service was hospitable and food was served fast. Hubby ordered a Chicago K9 and a Pitbull. I ordered a classic chili cheese dog. We shared an order of hash browns with cheese. The Chicago dog was exactly how you'd expect. The hot dog and the bun were so large that the majority of toppings were on the tray due to the oversized bun and dog. It was difficult to pick up with your hands and eat it. The pitbull was spicy with pickled jalapeños. Same oversized dog and bun with little ability to pick up and eat. My chili cheese dog had to be eaten with a knife and fork due to the same overly sized bun and dog. I didn't mind eating it that way until I realized that with all the toppings and condiments, the parchment paper on the tray was wet and tearing which I then had to be careful not to eat. The hash browns had a frozen flavor so I'm not sure if they just needed to be cooked a little longer. Lots of shredded cheese on top. The food to dollar value was excellent. Suggestion to the owners: A jumbo dog like that should be sliced down the middle and fried on a flat top. read more

Great little family owned joint. hots dogs and sandwiches and the day I wax there they had dill pickle soup! Small place , clean and attractive. Kind owners . I had a Chicago dog and it was pretty close. My only wish was maybe use an all beef dog or have that as an upgrade option . But I'm from New York so I'm used to a thinner dog. But definitely worth it, very affordable . Will definitely go back next time I'm in town. read more

In Marinette on business. Stopped in for lunch on Saturday afternoon. A light crowd, but everyone seemed happy to be there - customers and staff, alike. I ordered a cup of Yooper Zuppa and a dog - I don't remember the name - I think it was on the new menu that's not on the website yet. The soup was excellent. Hot and flavored just right. I was told that it would taste like a Supreme Pizza, and it did, which may not sound appealing, but it was really good. The dog was a mess - a beef wiener on garlic toast for a bun. Inside was chili and mozzarella cheese, and a few other goodies. Tough to pick up, tougher once the chili started working on the bread, but it was full of flavor and well worth the effort to get it into my mouth. Get a knife and fork for this one. The owners were in the kitchen that day and were friendly and helpful. Thanks goodness for mom & pop places like this. They love their food and love their customers. I'm glad that I stopped and hope to stop again when I can. read more

Food was ok. For me there was to much sauce and not enough kraut. The bread was really thick and doing less gluten I would suggest a different bread. I took one slice off and as much sauce as possible without losing to much sauerkraut. All in all it was ok. The flavor of the sandwich was lost in the sauce but next time I will know to change things up a bit. read more

Finally got a chance to try these dawgs. Some of the friendliest people work here. We did take ours "to go". They were packaged pretty securely to make my trip to visit mom and dad just 3 blocks away. We were so impressed with the flavor combinations! We got *The Pooch* which is what brought us here in the first place and it was amazing. And *The Yooper Dog* The as also amazing. My only slight complaint was that our actual hot dogs were not hot at all. They were just warm. But arnt letting this affect our rating this time. Next time I would likely ask to have it we'll do e- if that's possible- because of this. They were seriously amazing and I urge you to give them a try. read more

Seen a menu for this establishment at the Pro Building in Marinette. The menu looked interesting and unique with all the dogs and brats the have to offer. Four of us went this afternoon for lunch. Oh my gosh how delicious there was so much to choose from we had the spaghetti sandwich, King brats, loaded hash, and chili both death by and wimpy style. Staff was super awesome and very friendly. We will make this a staple to eat while we are up In Michigan/Wisconsin. read more
