I highly recommend Beachway Links. I have not lived in an apartment for over 25 years and was honestly a little leery, but my fears were alleviated when I talked with the friendly office staff. They were very knowledgeable about the property and very helpful getting all my questions answered. They quickly and efficiently processed the paperwork, working closely with us to get approvals and establish move-in dates. The apartments are laid out well and feel spacious. We moved from a 2800 sq ft house, but don't feel cramped. They are well maintained and in good repair inside and out. When there is a problem the staff are quick to fix it, especially important items. When we were moving in our air conditioner failed in the evening. The maintenance staff immediately brought a portable unit and a new AC was installed the next day. It is a good, diverse community. We have made friends quickly. Although we don't have pets, many of our neighbors do as the complex is pet friendly allowing large pets, multiple pets, and has a dog park. That said, we haven't found that to be a problem. We might hear a dog bark sometimes, but overall it's a quiet, peaceful community. And the complex does a good job managing my personal "pet" peeve...doggie droppings. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and efficient. The office staff are easy to work with and they have good relationships with the maintenance staff. They all are one team with common goal of taking care of residents. To sum it up, we are looking for a condo on the beach and landed here as a staging point in our search. However, we found that even though we have only been here about a year, we have a home here at Beachway Links. read more

I'm pumped to share our awesome experience moving in with my lovely wife and our adorable mini dachshund this week. Let me tell you, it's been an absolute blast, and it's all thanks to the incredible staff here! Signe, Rebecca, and Taylor are the absolute best! They've been super friendly, attentive, and helpful, taking care of everything with a smile. The application process was a breeze, thanks to their fantastic support. The grounds are stunning, and we're already excited about hitting the pool, shooting some hoops on the basketball court, and working out in the gym once we've regained the energy from moving. The location to the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping is amazing. It's going to be a blast! Our unit has two master bedrooms. All wood floors. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, with white marbel looking counter tops and white cabinets and we couldn't be happier. The office nook is way bigger than we thought it would be, and the laundry room is great with plenty of shelves for storage. Walk-in closets in each room also with tons of shelves for storage. One of the bedrooms even has two closets which I chose as our main bedroom. We're over the moon with excitement about this place, and it's all thanks to the incredible team and this wonderful home. Signe, Rebecca, and Taylor have made us feel so welcome, and we can't wait to settle in and make unforgettable memories here. This is our new happy place, and we're beyond thrilled to call it home. Moving is incredibly stressful. Due to a promotion I was given a very short window to relocate 1000 miles to Melbourne. To add to the stress my father passed away unexpectedly leaving no time to make a trip to the area to physically see properties. The Beachway Links staff were incredibly helpful (especially Christina and Alesha).They sent photos and dimensions and answered about a million questions. Since moving in the staff continues to be responsive, helpful and caring. Minor maintenance issues have been quickly repaired. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly! The common areas are well maintained. The complex is conveniently located to shops and beaches. The only concern I have is the Speed Bumps. I understand that people in general seem to ignore speed limits and these are a safety measure, but there are 8 between the entrance and my apartment. No matter how slowly you roll over a speed bump it can eventually cause damage to a vehicle and it's alignment. A minimum of 16 speed bumps may be costly in terms of wear and tear. Time will tell. Otherwise I am completely satisfied and we are quickly settling into our new home. read more

I love this place. we are always greeted with a friendly staff member when going to the office! They have a coffee bar and ran out of a flavor I liked so they went out and bought it again for me! They always have lollipops in stock for my daughter who loves to stop by and chat with them. The maintenance people are friendly and wave to you as you drive through. If you have a serious maintenance issue it usually gets fixed almost right away, especially if it is AC related. The grounds always look good and I never have a problem finding parking. The staff hosts these little events like pizza parties, pool parties, Halloween parties, Christmas parties often. They do seem to care about their residents and I really appreciate that. The rent is a little high but you are paying for quality in a nice area around a golf course. It's always quiet which we really like. Overall my family likes this property and will continue to stay here because of the great service we get. read more

I just moved here about a month ago and I have had a great experience so far. I moved here from out of state for my new job and was skeptical moving without seeing the apartment first hand and only going off reviews. I moved into a one bedroom on the golf course and I love it. My family helped move me down for Christmas and could not stop complimenting me on my golf course view from my living room window. I had all stainless steel appliances and they were new or lightly used it seems when I moved in. The apartment came with a washer and dryer which is nice, so I don't have to buy my own or go to the laundry matt. My favorite part of the apartment is that I have GAS to cook with, moving from up north I didn't have to start using electricity! I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here; I have referred a few of my coworkers already. read more

Daniel Almeida is the best!! I've lived here for over 4 years and the entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. I think my favorite thing about the complex is how swift and on point the maintenance team is. Daniel has serviced my apartment multiple times and on all occasions he has went above and beyond. He did what was requested of him and so much more. On one occasion he was off and heading to a dinner date with his wife and I called him for an emergency. He not only fixed the emergency but he also assisted me with other things in the apartment. On another occasion I requested someone take a look at the AC vent in my bedroom. Daniel came and he not only fixed the vent but he also noticed inconsistencies in the AC unit power. He spent over an hour servicing the AC and maintained a very friendly presence. My husband and I recently moved into Beachway Links Apartments, after he got transferred to Florida with his job. We were very nervous because we were not going to be able to tour the apartments before moving. The ladies in the office were so helpful through our whole moving process. They made us feel very comfortable and confident about our decision in choosing this apartment complex. We have been living here a month and we are so impressed with the property and the friendly faces of everyone around us. We love taking our dog over to the dog park on property to play and the pool is better than the pictures could ever make it out to be. Our new home at Beachway Links has been such a great journey so far! What we thought would be a complicated move was made easy by Alesha and the other staff members. One of us was moving across the US from California and I was still living 3 hours away in Miami. Alesha was always ready and willing to help us with our paperwork and requests. Our apartment was ready to move into and it has been great ever since! If there is an issue, they are always quick to solve it and they are always friendly. I also love how they always have something going on. They always have a little treat in the leasing office for their residents or a party or get together. We moved here last year in December and closed our lease 2 or 3 days before Christmas. Natasha helped us, and they have been very helpful especially when we need assistance with maintenance in the apartment. They are quick to get it down within a few days. The place has a quiet atmosphere along with a great view of the golf course especially when the suns sets. It is also nice to have an apartment that accepts larger breeds of dogs unlike some in the area. It also seems like they are constantly finding ways to try and get others involved and keep the community safe. read more

My wife and I have lived here at Beachway Links for four months and really love it here! We have great neighbors and my dog loves the dog park. Ground are well kept. Property manager Stephanie is doing a great job! She is very helpful and understanding when it comes to accommodating the needs of tenants. Maintenance crew does a wonderful job. They are quick and pleasant responding to work orders, I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great place to live and can call home. read more

Overall a wonderful complex and experience. Christina was very helpful and was able to show me an apartment so I could do some final measurements, as I'm moving in in a month from now. Christina is 5 stars but unfortunately the reason I didn't finish with 5 stars was because they don't have a designated car wash area. They should provide one or two hoses for the people living here. Some apartments I've seen have designated car wash areas but it was a let down seeing they don't have one. They need to put one in! read more

I lived here for 3 years and had an exceptional living experience, The staff, Especially Bobbi, is available for any questions you may have regarding anything. Schools were close for my Elementary, Middle school and College aged children, rent was reasonable and maintenance was on point with making sure things that needed to get done got completed in a timely manor. We moved here a little over a week ago and we so far LOVE it! The staff has been so helpful and the apartment is the perfect size for me, my boyfriend, and our cat. We even got a patio area where we can sit and watch the golfers play at Mallard Landing Golf Course! I love that they have a 24 hour business center so if I ever need to print anything I can just go there! That saves me a ton of money on ink, paper, and of course a printer! If you are to live anywhere, come to Beachway, it is awesome!! read more

This is a rave about the maintenance group at Beachway Links. I moved her a month ago & like any new place there were some issues, some on my part. The maintenance team responded very quickly and if a new part or in one case a new water heater they did not hesitate to fix it promptly and courteously. I am very impressed!
