From day one Lisa has been professional. Lisa has always been very helpful with decisions on where to rent to fit my needs. I have never had a bad experience whatsoever; from the signing of my lease to security deposits and insurance. I never had an issue. My security deposits were always returned upon exit. Lisa only has so much control over the properties she manages, the owners have the final say. They control security deposits and rental costs. A lease not only protects the owner, it also protects the renter. Lisa will always go to bat for you, if she is needed. Lisa would ask me my input on rentals that she managed. If there was any issues or upgrades that I would recommend. Lisa was on it immediately. Sometimes things pop up. One phone call to Lisa, and the repair man is there ASAP. I know that Lisa owns and manages many properties. Lisa is also a Real Estate Broker. She would always reply to me in a timely manner. If Lisa wasn't available, her assistant Sandy was eager to assist me. I have phone numbers and emails for everyone. There is never a lack of communication. After all the years renting from Lisa, we decided to purchase a home in the area. Lisa has been working with us and our home shopping for about a year. I am very picky and sometimes not that easy to work with. I change my mind a lot. Lisa rolls with whatever I desire. Lisa goes over and beyond. For example: We finally found a property in Vero Beach that we fell in love with. I asked Lisa if she could knock on my future neighbors doors to ask important questions about the builder, who is also building my home, how they like the quality of there home and other questions. Almost everyone was eager to give Lisa input and answer all her questions. Lisa got 90% approval/good news on all of my questions. This has put me at ease, before I close on my home. I also obtained a lot of useful information for the future. How many real estate brokers would go door to door asking questions for their client? So many people are scared of the virus. So of course Lisa kept her distance and wore a mask. Mostly everyone was receptive. Lisa is awesome! Lisa is a hard worker. Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Lisa is educated about the area. I can't say enough good things about Lisa. I don't do reviews that often. But I felt in my heart that I needed to give Real Estate Ink./Lisa credit, because credit was long over due. Obviously I highly recommend Lisa/Real Estate Ink. If I could have given her 10 stars, I would have.

AAA's quote was in line with the others BUT the communication, service, etc got my business. Materials were scarce due to COVID but they called periodically with updates. They worked through all permits. They knew the dates I would be at the property and started the project a month sooner than they thought to match my dates. At the start of the project, they were given a couple of challenges and they handles them GREAT. I moved the location of the gate and had to go through the HOA. They were totally accommodating and waited through the delay as well as helped get their internal approvals The yard had a long dip and they altered the alignment of the fence to look and functional fantastic They proactively ensure my sprinklers would be okay and advised where I needed to move a few. They walked me through it, installed the fence to not cause any issues and flagged the sprinkler heads The office called me before, during and after to ensure my satisfaction. Service is just as important as results and they are GREAT at both. The wood, hardware and gates are beautiful and will last many years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When I complained about waiting a month for the repair she stated she didn't care and then went into a tirade saying they had thousands of customers and I was unreasonable and couldn't communicate like an adult (I guess because I wanted them to honor their warranty). After 1 week I didn't get a response back to my voicemail so I called back 8 days later and the lady on the phone was apologetic but pretended like she didn't get a message. Everything is fine and she took my info this time. It took 3 weeks before someone could come give me a quote. They were nice to call the day before I was going to get the quote. I talked to the tech who came out an measured the house. we talked about doing the back lot and he said he needed the survey. I told him it would be a long time before I dug that out and that he would do a multi-quote where the house is one and we could do the lot later. It's been almost 3 weeks since he is coming to my house and no quote was ever sent and no contact was ever made. He even promised me he would email me a phone number and a quote and even promised me he would text me and email address where I can send a copy of the land survey too which she never did that either. So I sat here and waited 3 weeks to find out how much it would cost to have my yard fenced in. Shocking! Nothing, no communications, no quotes, nothing! This is what they did from the get-go, I should have stayed with my instincts and not call them back but I like to give people a fair try as I know it can be tough. Poor customer service, no response, no quote. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some changes. Saddly, my interactions are very typical. These two people I have interacted with I've probably lost my business in this company and I will know steer everybody away from profence.

They worked great as a team. I guess there was some confusion about the bill. I had assumed that because the company had my card numbers it would had been automatically billed. I received a call from a staff member about payment. He was kind enough to tell me about a percentage increase when using a credit card and explained how I was able to pay the bill using a different method. They sent me a link and payment was made in the same hour. I just wish I was told about this before, It would had saved a lot of confusion. Next time I will just pay the service guys cash and save an future confusion.

I have many photos of careless work, failure to clean up not only construction debris , but personal items such as cigarettes, lunch containers, water and cola bottles. Also, at the end of everyday there were screws, screening, etc. left in the bottom of the pool. I had asked for a cover for this exact reason-possible rust stains- and was told that the crew is VERY careful and checks everyday. However, nothing such as a shop vac or even a broom was ever brought to the site. My pool person left several pieces of equipment for scooping out the bottom and she changed the filter to run after work hours throughout the night so the workers could see what needed to be taken out on a daily basis. Then there is the final result- obviously, someone from Lafferty measured incorrectly because after 22 years of a straight back cage wall, I now have a slanted one that, in effect, presents an appearance of an uneven slant that is very noticeable. Also, the vertical bars that abutted each side of the raised fountain area are off kilter- one abuts and the other is about 10" off to the right. I will need to have a new pool deck installed; they don't tell you that they will not follow the original vertical locations nor cover them with the new construction. The first inspection failed because there were many areas that needed change to make the cage stronger. A second inspection has not been done. I suppose it's 'looser' in Brevard County than Indian River. HOWEVER, I was emailed today in response to my request to adjust the screen door-huge gaps- that Lafferty will not do anymore work until the final payment is made! A workman told me that Lafferty has been fined several times. I certainly wish I had known that before agreeing to this project, Outwardly, the salesman appears very knowledgeable and promised me that the cage would be the same design but with much better materials. That's what I asked for and the drawings supported that. This company has never understood the concept of trying to make the customer happy. Nor do the owners have much integrity, from what I wrote above to notarizing a document that contained my signature but not in my presence nor with my permission.
