Tried to request them...The condo itself was must enjoyable, very clean, well stocked and the 10th floor view was incredible. (We stayed in 1008) Note-BRING YOUR OWN BEACH CHAIRS. I've never rented an oceanfront condo that didn't have beach chairs. Yes, we could have brought our own, but when traveling 14 hours in a vehicle already loaded down, the space is scarce. Overall, I commend the owners of this unit, and would stay here again.

Lendi has been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. She has made this property a pleasant place to live. Personally, I think why Lendi is so successful is that she is willing to laugh! Lendi is very down to earth and real. She does not put on aires, nor does she try to be someone she isn't. I would be happy to reside at any property where Lendi is the property manager! Lendi's "Right Hand Man," Bob (Robert, Rob, Hey You!) is fantastic. He gets a work order, and he's on it right away, or he will let the resident know when he will able to get to the issue at hand! All in all, the 2 years I've lived here have been a very positive experience. KRI has, between Lendi, Robert, and the other folks working for Bardmoor Pointe, what I would call "Lightning in A Bottle!" Great crew, stuff gets done, and residents are happy. I don't think it's proper to enter after it's rented. It was a bit creepy, and no telling if my dog would bolt out the door. Also, parking is limited. The one space is to the left of the cottage - there is a lot with two boats on the right side, but our friends were told not to park there even though it is their property. Not much overflow space. But perfect location to the beach - some really pretty sunsets.

There is a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an amazing view of the ocean from both the huge master bedroom and the living room. To get to the beach you just walk through the garage. At the end of the garage is a gate to a huge pool area with a hot tub. Walk pass the hot tub and there is a private gate to the beach. You can only get on the beach if you know the code to the gate which means not to crowded. The beachfront is raked every morning and has a sheriff that drives a 4 wheeler on the beach so you feel very safe. Then there is the clear blue water. As we sat on our huge balcony we were able to enjoy some dolphins playing in the water. At the front of the condo across the street is a few great restaurants. Then there's Johns Pass that has lots of shops along with any kinds of water activity you can think of. I can think of no better place to visit than Madeira beach. The apartments are decent, and exactly what you'd expect from a slightly older building run by corporate entities and a bottom line. Nitpicky details: If there are broken rules that impede on the convenience of the staff, it's addressed in a lengthy email. If the only ones bothered are residents, they don't do much. My primary example is pet waste. People just leave dog poop everywhere and I can't even use my porch on a windy day because it just smells like old, hot, poo from all the pet waste people don't pick up and the office doesn't address it.

Most other management companies are owned by private equity or are national management companies with offices across the country and their corp office may be in TX, Colorado or Miami. Their management fees are fair based on the market and their reimbursable fees are usually lower than most other management companies. Owners don't understand that Resource Property Management and other management companies don't have the "power" they think that management companies have - all decisions rest with the Board of Directors for the community. But, RPM has broad shoulders and will take the abuse from owners who don't understand this concept. Resource Property Management is on the cutting edge of technology and is always trying to enhance their services to their communities. They wouldn't have been so successful for the past 35 years and have grown organically without being ethical, honest and providing quality service to their management communities. I know first hand from having witnessed their executive support, management style and great customer service!
