We initially had problems related to the freon, and later there were issues with the motor in the unit itself. While mechanical equipment will inevitably have problems from time to time, Toce worked tirelessly to make sure everything was addressed properly and that our AC was running as it should. Living in Clearwater, Florida, reliable air conditioning is incredibly important, especially during the intense heat, and Toce consistently made us feel supported and taken care of throughout the process. His responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to helping residents truly stood out. We really appreciate all of his hard work." Mathew: Matthew from the maintenance team has been absolutely fantastic in helping us troubleshoot and repair our AC unit issues. He was always available, responsive, and committed to making sure we were taken care of. One moment in particular really stood out to us. Our AC stopped working after hours on a Saturday night, and with the Clearwater heat, the apartment was quickly becoming uncomfortable. We called the leasing office and left a message, honestly wondering what the chances were that someone would actually come out that late on a weekend. About 20 minutes later, Matthew arrived with a smile on his face and immediately got to work troubleshooting the issue -- even going up to the roof to investigate the system. He was able to get the AC running again temporarily so we could get through the weekend comfortably, but what impressed us even more was that he didn't stop there. Matthew later came back to perform a deeper inspection to identify the root cause of the issue. It turned out the evaporator coil needed a thorough deep cleaning, which was causing the breaker to trip. After he completed the cleaning, the AC has been running amazingly well ever since. Problems can happen with any mechanical system, but Matthew was relentless in making sure we felt supported and taken care of every step of the way. We truly appreciate his professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude. Thank you, Matthew!

This complex is does poor repairs the management will take your deposit and will always have an excuse on why they can't sol a problem. The complex manager should be fired she would not email about elevator issues and just let you find out when you run into it like the elevator breaking down monthly and take weeks to repair. She also, made it when I lost my deposit because she would let her family members do whatever they want from walking their dogs off leash while other people with dogs are responsible if her dog got killed because it would run up to dogs on a leash. And from that she ran out of the office and try to threaten me with legal actions because her dog could had been hurt and when I moved out she did a false report on my apartment charging me with a cleaning fee and put a pro-rate fee to deplete the rest of my deposit. Just find it odd after cleaning my apartment and having zero damage and steam cleaning my carpets three times before moving out and magically owe the precise amount to make my deposit go to zero for a pro-rate I paid at my last month.

Struggling to give 2 stars…read more Pros: Property is in a good location. Right off the highway, close to everything you need and complex is brand new. Landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. Staff is always friendly. Cons: Noise: Apartments have very little sound proofing. We hear everything from our neighbors. One night, it was a frustrated gamer upstairs and sometimes in the morning the neighbor adjacent to us, says very loud self-affirmations. Once you sign the lease, you are locked in and are agreeing to any noise disturbances. If we had known how bad the noise was going to be, we would have not rented here - although it was much worse when there was a lot of construction. Internet: We also had internet issues lasting for a couple of days. Mainly with our MACs not being able to connect to WIFi any time there was a power outage and the internet was rebooted. These were not hardware issues, these were related to the service (I work in I.T.). We were provided a link to access our internet account but there is no way to reboot/restart your internet which often solves issues. We would have to call the support number who could never resolve our connectivity issues unless someone came "on-site". I work from home and run a digital business so not having consistent, reliable internet impacts my income. Security: Some buildings have working gates with codes and some units either don't have gates or have gates that aren't working. This includes parking gates. We're not too concerned with working/non working gates except we have had issues with package deliveries. If security is a concern, then you may want to double check the gates in your building. Although, it always seemed odd to have some areas of parking gated while others were not. Move Out: We are currently trying to get our final move out statement adjusted. We only lived in our apartment for a little less than a year so there was very little "wear and tear". Upon move out, we cleaned our apartment thoroughly and was surprised to receive charges for carpet cleaning, paint and general cleaning. They sent a picture which was a "dent" in the carpet from where my desk was so my guess this is what they are charging for. Also, for the fridge, my guess is they are charging for the water in the fridge. Note that we received pictures about a month after we moved out and during that time, there was a hurricane so this could be from the loss of power, we're not sure but we cleaned the fridge. We're also being charged for the hard water stains on the water dispenser as well as in the sink. I attempted to use CLR, comet and other agents to clean the hard water stains but nothing worked. We have a video and I will be sending it to the apartment complex because after reviewing and inspecting our video, some of these pictures don't match. Either way, they are basically charging us for general wear and tear. Deliveries: 90% of the time, delivery drivers couldn't find our apartment or assumed because there were gates, that they could not access our apartment. The gates don't work. While packages can be left at the mail center, it's a pain when you are waiting for food or groceries. By the way, your packages are sometimes left on the mail table and not a locker.

You also would have to pay him out of pocket to do things in your apartment. Where in the past in other apartment complexes maintenance has done the same work for free during working hours. Samantha, the receptionist finds it humorous when your vehicle can be damaged on the premises if Duke energy or any other company decides to do grounds work, construction or maintenance. As a matter of fact, staff won't notify you or investigate your concerns until you bring the situation to their attention. They seem to be oblivious to multiple adults living in one bedroom apartments. The gym door is either broken or treadmill doesn't work. There are various areas where they could improve if they wanted to. Go where you are appreciated and will get quality service.
