Never go there. This is the worst place to buy anything in NSB. Chad the owner gladly accepted $80 from us for a variety of items, and when a boogy board broke during the first use, refused to replace it. Chad offered us a "discount" on a new one. Why on earth would we spend money to purchase another substandard piece of crap? It literally didn't last 5 minutes in the water. And when I questioned his policy he admitted it was meant to be disposable. Buyer definitely beware. Go to Publix and buy from them. They will gladly replace anything that doesn't work. Owner was standing outside while 3 customers stood waiting to pay. When he came in, my 77-year-old mom made a funny like "oh, I was about to run with my loot to see how far I could get." It was a total joke, but the owner has a total lack of sense for humor. He looked her in the eye and said, "so you're making plans to steal?!" Taken aback, she politely said "No, I was just trying to laugh while waiting." He rang up my item and put it in a nice, colorful re-usable shopping bag. Then, he more or less snorted at my mom, indicating that is was her turn to pay. He rang up her much more expensive purchase than mine and practically pained himself to find a plastic shopping bag to throw it in unfolded and tossed it across the counter at my mom. This is the worst store I have ever been in, me and two other people were trying to find a jacket. I needed a couple of beach shovels for my kids because well they're kids and the ones we had grew legs and walked away. Yesterday the male worker aggressively cursed out an elderly couple that came in without masks on. They left immediately and he used the F word several times yelling at them. It scared the crap out of our young child. It was completely uncalled for and we will never return. While wearing a mask I was told to get the fuck out by the rude little boys working the front. I was then continually yelled and screamed at by the two being told to "fuck off, get the fuck out, fuck you" numerous time. Then I was told I was getting the cops called on me. Not sure why I was wearing a mask requested by the city of New Smyrna and also not regulated, but that's another story about our constitutional rights for another day. Horrible service! Don't really know how they have a business here. Maybe the city of New Smyrna Beach should get involved. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. The amount of hostility shown to myself and my wife all the while wearing a mask(conforming to the new norms) was major uncalled for. Good place to stop by to grab any last minute beach items. It's better, in my opinion, than going into those larger "beach chain stores." Some items - like the cool large flat pirate float, that caught my eye - are very pricey but other than that great quick stop for my husbahd's forgotten sunglasses :) read more

After looking at the store I thought it would be a good place to shop. Even though it had descent looking swimsuits, the attitude of the worker(s) there were shocking. After accusing 2 of my 4 friends that they were being "rude and disrespectful" and even accusing one of my friends that she purposely threw a bathing suit to the floor and proceeded to kick it under to where she could no longer see it, this store is one I won't be coming to again. I still believe that a one star rating is far too high for this store and should deserve a 0 star rating, it may have been a one star if the workers could simply been more mature than us 13-14 year olds. read more
