Thankfully Costco takes back appliances. No Questions asked. Had an electrician come out, test it and said this was a fire hazard. He rewired it. Electrician $150 Overpriced home inspector by $250 Missing (3) days of work for W&D delivery and returns $1200 Laundromat fees for one month $80 Not bothering to check the Dryer outlet cost me $1680.00 Zero Stars.

Tom and April are in the business to make the inspection process of buying or selling a home a breeze. We ran into some issues with the septic and Tom was able to get on the phone and make accommodations for us to get the process started to have someone come out and take a look. Then on top of it all, the inspector report shows issues with windows and there are pics to show the damage. Which I have no issues with! Now my roof is 11 years old and they are saying I need a new roof year there are no pics to show any damage. If ur a seller my advice is beware and put cameras in ur house to watch how much they disrespect it.

I am a first time home buyer so I had no idea what the inspection entails. However, Eric took the time to talk to me on the phone, explain the process, and answered all my "silly" questions. Now, when it came time to the inspection. Eric arrived on time and was the utmost professional. He answered all my questions and pointed it out a couple things. The coolest thing is that he has a drone that he uses to take high res pictures of the roof. It really have me a good idea of roof condition and any potential issues on the roof.
