This company is a total sham. We bought a house from the other side of the country, and this guy…read moretells us that he inspected a 3300-foot square house in an hour. The amount of problems in this place that I've spent two years correcting and spending money on because of incompetence is disgusting. "The lights worked when I was there". BS. It took an electrician 20 minutes to figure out why the lights didn't work. They didn't work because the wires weren't attached to the switch inside the wall. I'm no electrician Brad, but the wires don't magically come off the switch in the middle of the night. "Garage doors worked when I was there". It was totally broken. There's another $6000 in repairs and replacement. The lint traps in the attic were so overfilled that another company said "this is one of the worst jobs that we have ever seen". Followed by "one spark and this place would have burned to the ground". Thanks for the guidance on that. I've reported him before to the state and he offered my money back to get off of the hook. I didn't take it. At this point it's not about money, it's principle. The company failed. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
