They did their best to work with costs vs. the scenario before us. Dads memory may be short term, but he always says "this is a nice place" and similar comments. I am a Very present child. I am not only there to see that Dad's finances are managed in the best way so that he is comfortable but I visit weekly. Even great places need to know you are there watching at all times & being your loved ones best advocate! Gave them 4 stars not 5 as they could hire more housekeeping for more frequent cleaning. Doesn't smell, but in places like this should be cleaned several times & Dads room always dusty.

We were so lucky to have Lindsay as the primary nurse for my mother in law. She guided the entire family ( 6 children!!!) through the dying process. She was able to anticipate needs of everyone & facilitated them, while always putting my mother in law first. She was also able to arrange for a well needed massage from Poppy who was perfect. I told them we would need to keep the appointment for Wed and she called the office. The office called the police because I would not let them into the house. 4 cruisers in my driveway. They said I manipulated my mother's healthcare. They also made up a story and said I threatened to pour hot water on my mother's head! This place is crazy... After my grandfather passed she was so anxious and depressed about the possibility of being put in a nursing home. After a lot of phone calls and research, I ended up speaking to Traditions and hired them to provide live in home care for my grandmother. The care she received was better than I had hoped and she is thriving because she was able to continue to live in her own home. The caregivers provided exceptional care and the fact that she was able to stay in her own home has been such a blessing. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
