They have been getting worse and worse over the years so I moved my 7 cars and 3 houses from insuring with them to USAA. I had just about maxed out all the coverage on my vehicles and was giving Geico over $10,000 a year. He essentially told me "no" that minimums are not allowed and that I would need more than that. You don't upsell people when it is not required by state law. It seems State Farm does not need my business at all since no one wants to return a call.
