Been having an on-going issue with my navigation that's been investigated by another dealership, however since they were so far from home and this one's the closest to my work, I decided to give them a go. So far, they've been quite accommodating, giving me rides to & from work and what-not. My issue is in the process of being investigated with their tech services, and I was told that it might take a few months for Honda to come out with an update for my navi to get it finally resolved, which I'm more than fine with, as long as it finally gets resolved. Also, I noticed that their price for an oil change (also known as "A service") for my car (using the synthetic 0W20 oil) is only $60, where-as at all the other Honda dealerships I've been to, it's been closer to $100. So with that in mind, chances are I'm going here to get my next oil change (unless I can make use of a coupon at another dealership to get it even cheaper). All-in-all, so far my latest experience with this dealership has been nothing short of excellent, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them.

They called and advised, their recommendations prior to proceeding. The staff are very friendly, and I was charged a reasonable price for their services. Paul (I think the owner), handed me complimentary car fresheners, and told me if there were any issues to bring it back - no questions asked. I'm really impressed, and will definitely be back. When I asked the employee, he grabbed the manager (Paul) and Paul started explaining to me that the scratch was old. When I requested the footage from the over night surveillance cameras he claimed that he didn't know how to get the footage nor was he willing to watch the 12 hours to find it. I checked with a body shop on whether they could determine the age of the scratch, they said it was recent. I called Paul back to make a second request for video - denied. Also, the A/C that I brought the car in to get fixed didn't work at all. His team said it was fixed (and paid for) however, it was not done properly. Most likely going to small claims court to get my money back for damages. Do NOT bring your vehicle here.

However, when I received the official quote, and later the purchase agreement, I initially didn't see the car's color, the interior color, and the estimated delivery date. Instead, I saw that I would have to pay extra for license plates, and also approximately $8,000 extra for financing, which I hadn't requested, and she also constantly changed the deposit amount from $0 to $1000. As a teacher, I pointed out her mistakes four (4) times and demanded that she correct them. But even on the fourth attempt, she couldn't get everything right in the paperwork. After several days of back and forth correspondence, I decided not to take the risk and chose to buy a car from another dealership.

All the vehicles were very clean and the sales person was very friendly. Most importantly there was no push to sell or any of the BS talk I had to listen in almost all other places. This is a dealership that sells high end cars and I was in to see one an older trade-ins for my wife who is just starting o drive. However I believe I was treated just like a customer who came to see one of the upper priced cars.
