The contractor suggested Sunrise pest management in Aberdeen. He mentioned they seemed to always take on a challenge and do a very good job. They were called, came out, and said no problem. Matthew soaked (8 gallons) underneath the house. He also told us that there was no sign of life bug action, and educated us on the life cycle. Matthew did the job quickly and efficiently. Brian was rude, insulting, and refused to help us after learning that we sprayed the ants instead of allowing them to infest our kitchen while we waited a weekend for him to show up after he didn't show up for our first appointment. I understand that life happens which is why I was willing to reschedule rather than find another company. But when he FINALLY showed up (30 minutes late I might add) he told me he WOULDN'T take the job, blamed me for his refusal, wouldn't answer my questions, then left after less than ten minutes. His partner was much more understanding and professional but doesn't make up for this guy. Also neither employee wore a mask or gloves or any type of protective equipment during a global pandemic. Then after reading my review he tried to make it sound like I did something wrong. Instead of refusing me entirely he COULD have told me that he would have to wait for what I sprayed to wear off so we could have solved the problem together and I would have been accepting of that. He COULD have not insulted me in my own house. He COULD have answered my questions because I was just trying to understand. Despite not being in the business I was just trying to get help and the way he went about refusing me was distasteful. But instead he was rude and insulting from the second I opened the door. The thing that pissed me off was the "locker room talk". Talking about "getting some last night". Talking about their "situationships". It was a hot night last night so all our windows are open. So this is how we were woken up this morning. Don't know if the service is good. But that guy was a douche. We live in an apartment complex and there were more than just our windows open.
