This made me more relaxed when I got my house I wasn't surprised when I saw it in person. So, the reviews, let me break it down why these rating are not inflated: 1. Local knowledge: She's been here long enough to know the good places and not so good for. She informed me and was spot on. 2. Process expertise: Smooth as it gets, especially for not being here. She told me how it's going to go down. Told me what I needed to do, I did it and not and there wasn't a hiccup! Closing was on the exact day I wanted it a month out. 3. Responsiveness: If I could give her 10 stars I would. I even asked her asking if she sleeps because I knew it was in the middle of the night sometimes her time. In general, she would alway reply back in an hour or less. I think she has sirens that go off when she gets an email. 4. Negotiation skills: she advised me on what I should offer and then repairs. The seller counter offered and we countered back. We got everything i wanted. All repairs were accepted. Couldn't have been more happy on this. She is a fireball and if she says something isn't right she will call them on it. Lindsey and their staff are truly recommended and she will take care of ya.

She was fully aware we were a military family stationed out of state, and I believe she took advantage of that. She failed to conduct required walkthroughs, when we asked to show proof of walksthroughs she couldn't show paper work. When the tenants destroyed the house, she claimed it was normal wear and tear, though it was clearly beyond that. After my husband told her he wanted to sell the home, she dragged her feet, making excuses--like the tenant wasn't home or tenants had COVID--despite us urging her to act quickly. She also falsely claimed to have lost paperwork in an earthquake--completely unprofessional. When we tried to push forward, she kept stalling, and once my husband fired her, we had to sell the house with another agent. My husband flew over to Alaska at last minute to put eyes on the property as she failed to do a video walkthrough, That's when we discovered the extensive damage. I believe she was buying time, waiting until my husband came down to inspect the property. As a result, we lost thousands of dollars--we had to sell the home as-is, to repair the damages would have cost about $50,000. I would never rent, buy, or sell anything with her--she does not deserve to be a real estate agent, and I urge others to avoid her entirely especially if you're a military family. Totally disgusting and unprofessional and unethical.

They "quit" because I had asked them to do a troubling amount of walk throughs, a grand total of 2 a year. But I couldn't be happier not having them look after my home. After the recent earth quake which was bad for everyone and I get that, damage is inevitable. I was parting ways with brooke at the same time as the earth quake happened and also my tenants were moving out. I had recieved a call from them that my crawl space was flooded and my house was split in "two" and I shouldnt rent it(seemed like another attempt by them to screw me over). I booked a last minute flight from washington dc and arrived thursday. I noticed quickly in my home that it was not managed by a competent team. My home was filthy, appliances hadnt been cleaned. Tenants painted and glued items in the home, I now have a very evident mouse problem that was never reported, trash around the outside of the house and when I asked brooke for documentation pertaining to managing my house and inspection reports she told me wife she does not have any documentation. Oh and I called brooke and attempted to get her to resolve these problems and she simply told me ahe does not care and will be doing nothing. Soooo if you are looking to have your home managed correctly and cared for do not use brooke. Unless you enjoy crappy service.
