She was fully aware we were a military family stationed out of state, and I believe she took advantage of that. She failed to conduct required walkthroughs, when we asked to show proof of walksthroughs she couldn't show paper work. When the tenants destroyed the house, she claimed it was normal wear and tear, though it was clearly beyond that. After my husband told her he wanted to sell the home, she dragged her feet, making excuses--like the tenant wasn't home or tenants had COVID--despite us urging her to act quickly. She also falsely claimed to have lost paperwork in an earthquake--completely unprofessional. When we tried to push forward, she kept stalling, and once my husband fired her, we had to sell the house with another agent. My husband flew over to Alaska at last minute to put eyes on the property as she failed to do a video walkthrough, That's when we discovered the extensive damage. I believe she was buying time, waiting until my husband came down to inspect the property. As a result, we lost thousands of dollars--we had to sell the home as-is, to repair the damages would have cost about $50,000. I would never rent, buy, or sell anything with her--she does not deserve to be a real estate agent, and I urge others to avoid her entirely especially if you're a military family. Totally disgusting and unprofessional and unethical.

Local knowledge: She's been here long enough to know the good places and not so good for. She informed me and was spot on. 2. Process expertise: Smooth as it gets, especially for not being here. She told me how it's going to go down. Told me what I needed to do, I did it and not and there wasn't a hiccup! Closing was on the exact day I wanted it a month out. 3. Responsiveness: If I could give her 10 stars I would. I even asked her asking if she sleeps because I knew it was in the middle of the night sometimes her time. In general, she would alway reply back in an hour or less. I think she has sirens that go off when she gets an email. 4. Negotiation skills: she advised me on what I should offer and then repairs. The seller counter offered and we countered back. We got everything i wanted. All repairs were accepted. Couldn't have been more happy on this.
