This was only discovered after numerous phone calls and a face to face confrontational conversation which revealed the truth. He offered to make it right by making a custom bracelet out of a silver necklace. When my daughter came to pick it up, no work had been done on the bracelet and the owner summarily dismissed my daughter by wrapping the necklace around her wrist and telling her that would work. She was so distraught, she just left. I would stay away from this organization as they are not operating very well right now.
