Within minutes, they arrived at my car to bring her in for what was a thorough exam, I spoke with Dr. Ellis who discovered the issue, and resolved it in one visit. Checkout and discharge were equally efficient, with my receipt being emailed to avoid contact as much as possible. Starla is feeling great today, back to her old self. Grateful to see an office navigating the pandemic safely without compromising customer service :)

I was recommended this place but I have never been impressed with their vets or their follow-ups or office response rate. Also, I never get their emails even after I've corrected my email to them numerous times! I am very frustrated and wish they would have called me back immediately after getting the results, or at the very least on the next business day. There are some kind, animal lovers there and that is the only good thing I've noticed.

I left Shane's wheels outside and unfortunately it took a toll on his wheelchair. He won't use the drag bag so he scoots. I wanted to get a new chair but again because of life events I couldn't afford it. I called them up and they refurbish free! Because mine was so beat up I payed a very affordable minimal fee for work and parts. I received it after 2 days and I can't thank you enough!!!! It has been 5 years now, threads a bit worn from all the walking, added some fuzzy cushiness for rubbing, but recently a welded joint failed...might have been from bump bump bump up and down back steps to dog run. These wheels are literally our life line to a somewhat normal routine. I contacted EW for advise...they advised me that that their welds were guaranteed, so they would replace them. What!!!??? They had to call our vet after we spoke to sort it out. At the same time I found the records and it took me all of 30 seconds to google the vaccination series listed on page 1 to find what they needed. I'm not sure why they ask for records if they can't read them (or at least be able to look up themselves), and why they would wait until the last minute to do this. Although we signed up for a specific class, it was treated as part of a series, i.e. we care more about you paying for more and more classes rather than the one you actually bought. Instructor expected us to undo months of training and for our puppy to re-learn things according to their program. Not about to confuse her just to accommodate this one trainer.
