NORDSTROM RACK From…read morethe scattered reviews I read, I decided to stop at Nordstrom Rack. I was only three miles from their Brandon store and in need of a few men's shirts and dress pants. I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

She also explained what each option would cost/what the maintenance would be like/and what kind of care would be best to support the color, and made sure i understood all of this before making the final decision which I appreciate so much. Kota was also just super friendly and easy to chat with, I genuinely enjoyed spending the day with her while my hair was processing. My hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. I came in with what was leftover from a haircut that I didn't love, and Kota listened and thoroughly explained my options. And I feel so much better about my hair now. And the color is amazing, she did a stunning purple balayage. It was exactly what I wanted and I have gotten so many compliments. In general, the whole atmosphere at the salon felt relaxed and welcoming. Calling ahead to schedule, checking in, chatting with other stylist, etc. All of it was very easy and reassuring.
