Hadn't been to this Bealls Outlet in awhile and needed to walk around to walk off the early dinner we ate, Apparently my partner has never been in one before. He walked over to the men's section, came back and declared "This place is garbage". I asked why and he said "They have golf and Guy Harvey clothes. I'm not some old man." LMAO! I guided him over to the Young Mens section where they had more his his style of clothing. He must've picked up about 3 anime shirts, and Ecko Unlimited shirt and shorts, some peachy khaki pants with a nice Hawaiian print shirt, and some white tank tops. Me? I just got some sunglasses and earrings lol. Service was good. Our cashier was new and we chit-chatted about how she used to be a lumberjack in Maine. That's quite the change of pace. Friday night February 17,2023... I have always loved Bealls Outlet and when traveling always love to go there to shop.. However this time I was very disappointed in the Bealls Outlet in St Augustine.. I found a Jones New York shirt on a rack that was signed $12.99. The price on the shirt said $21.99, it wasn't the only one on the rack of this kind they was an additional 6 or 7 just like this.. Nothing on the rack was priced $12.99. Some was less expensive some were more.. So when I got to the register I asked the associate to make sure that shirt was $12.99 as that's what it was signed. She said no it's 21.99. I explained to her how it wasn't misplaced and that all the Jones New York in that style was also on that rack. I even walked Daniel who was in charge over to show him. He replied thank you for bringing their attention to that and they would fix the sign! I think this is a terrible way to treat customers it was a $7 difference in price. I purchased 203.00 In merchandise and they should have honored the $12.99 price but they didn't, they charged $21.99! After checking out and thinking about how we were treated and they didn't honor the price of $12.99 we returned it all back for a FULL refund! This is not customer service!! Terrible!! read more

The staff informed me there's been no AC since August. For context it was 82 degrees outside and it was cooler outside than in the store. Management needs to step up! The lack of respect for staff to work in the heat is INSANE! Since it's difficult to fix this issue, I'll provide some solutions! Call an AC company for starters! If that's not a possibility get box fans so there's some airflow in the building! Management do better! The staff was amazing, friendly and hard working! read more

Seemed a little retarded. My daughter asked for a second bag because the lady behind the counter overstuffed the flimsy bag she gave her. The bag looked look like it was about to rip with some hangers. The lady was about to hand her the bag, stopped, then said that she's not supposed to give out bags. SMH. I really wanted to go back and talk to the manager, but my daughter asked me to just leave a review. read more

The store is newly remodeled. The store is bright and well stocked and organized. The purse section is on the right when you walk in. I'm always drawn to look at all the different colors and styles. There are always really well priced brand named purses and wallets. Next I make my way over to health and beauty. A huge assortment of anything you might want or need. Also well priced. The shoes are hit or miss. I've found a few pairs of top brand names a couple of times that were such a great find. If you need a bathing suit this is one of the stores that carries them year round. And there is a good variety of style and color for every size. Both the ladies and men's clothing areas are well organized and it's easy to find sizes. At the back of the store you will find houseware and baby items. The staff at check out is always friendly and quick. Don't forget to sign up for points card. It's free. I love Beall's outlet. This is a good one and has a nice selection. I just tend to gravitate to the pricey stuff, so no shopping at this outlet this week. My husband found some cool dress shirts. I did have fun seeing the Hello Kitty stuff - not my style though. read more

This store had horrible customer service in the men's area. Two older ladies just wanted to talk and not pay attention to the customers. I accidentally left my hat. I called 3 minuets after and asked if it was still in the dressing room. They said NO. I drove back and went to the dressing room and it was hanging in the same place I left it. I also heard the radio go off numerous times and when the manager came over to the desk and asked the girls why they didn't respond they just said, "we didn't hear it"! read more
