First of all, I want to commend Joshua the manager of Bealles in Port St. Lucie West for being so nice and friendly and helpful and for making this location a true pleasure to shop in. The stock is amazing with a wonderful selection of designer clothing at affordable prices with name brands where ever you look!! There is a brand called "Democracy" which is high quality and discounted prices. I bought Nicole Miller jeans that are extremely soft and stretchy and were extremely affordable!! I walked out of there today and spent a little over $200 and I bought a dress which was "Michael Kors" and only $39.99 which was not only adorable but I still can't believe it was so very inexpensive! I got beautiful jeans and 2 skorts and a mini jeans skirt and 3 tops and underwear!! I usually spend 3 or 4 times that when I buy on line or in major department stores. Also, there is a cashier there Isabella who goes out of her way for outstanding customer service. I have to also commend Joshua for an extremely clean store and very clean restroom facility. Kudos to Joshua, Isabella and the staff for making my visits to Bealles in Port St. Lucie West Florida for my fantastic shopping experience. Keep up the good work. After they closed most of the other stores in Port St Lucie and opened the one in St Lucie West I was hoping for the best but it did not happen. It seems that they took all of the old clothes from the other stores that didn't sell and put it in the one in St Lucie West and they are not good. The housewares and other sections were an improvement however. But still very disappointed with this new store. read more

The store/quality of product/ prices can be good. BUT.... I am a "snowbird" as I'm sure many customers are! My billing address is NY. By the time my mail goes to NY, is transferred to Florida, and actually arrives in my mailbox takes time. I mailed my payment in as soon as I got it. THEN..I get a bill with a $25 late fee..TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!!!! Needless to say- I sent them the money (not gonna ruin my credit) along with the card cut up! DONE with them! Note to self..pay cash, or use my Visa...let them pay the fees and gain miles. Lesson learned to save an additional 10% read more

Wish I could give it a 0. No one knew what or how their buy on line worked if out of stock. After 30 minutes and 3 associates a manager said yes we waive shipping if not in stock, Then the other male manager(?) commented "We're not supposed to do this..I'm doing you a favor" I said that's ok don't go out of your way..I'll make my purchase elsewhere. Got a $5.00 coupon on a Mets parking pass. No exclusions listed nor did it state exclusions apply. Simply $5.00 off my purchase. Went there specifically to buy a $45.00 Columbia shirt. I stopped shopping regularly a couple years ago as it always seemed to be a problem with coupons with what was on sale and what wasn't. The cashiers always seemed to be elderly, unfriendly and confused. But I needed a Columbia shirt and knew I could pop in and get one there. The Cashier said Columbia is excluded when I tried to hand her my coupon. I showed her and the manager Erwin (who I asked her to call) the coupon. Erwin said It didn't matter, he posts his exclusions by his registers and he would not honor the $5.00 discount regardless of what the coupon said. He acknowledged the coupon did not exclude anything. I came in because I had the coupon. As a manager, Erwin chose to dig his heels in and not give me the discount promised on the coupon. Beall's...
