The burn outs of talking to folks, the math when running register, etc, etc... but when I do get to that point I still fake it till I make it!It's also literally the easiest job you can have when the size of the restaurant is a cafe and the clientele is mostly really nice folks. Crack a joke when speaking to customers at LEAST or don't make people feel like they're doing something wrong by customizing people's orders they way they want.
