Pricing is very competitive and fair for instance I went to J&J one stop gun shop looking for a specific shotgun which sadly they didn't have the shotgun in stock and couldn't order me one. I wanted to get a drop in trigger on a firearm. The staff talked me into letting the smith do a trigger job - said it should be quick. It's been 7 weeks, I've called, and then stopped in after 6 weeks to ask the status, and if it hasn't been worked on to please return it so I can bring it to a smith who has time. The major disappointment - despite assurances the staff would contact the smith and give me an update quickly - after another 7 days waiting: Crickets - never got a phone call providing status. I called again today - got the same promises. I'm hoping to hear something soon. I realize delays happen, but leaving a customer hanging is just not courteous response.

The first guy I talked to with the longer hair had an actual smile on his face and I felt like he was my friend. His enthusiasm made me want to buy anything.
