He was patient and took his time with me even when another customer came in. He set me up with the correct fishing line , hooks and lures. He even took the time to show me how to correctly tie the right knots to tie for the lines. He even gave me his card with the phone number in case I had any future questions. I feel that if you exhibit the safety habits that make everyone on both sides of the counter feel comfortable and show employees that you would not be a danger to yourself or others you will find employees who are happy to serve and even train you depending on your experience level.
