Beware! This facility lies about how many units they have available. Will say there's nothing and…read morethen when they found out I operated a business they decided they had 2 units available. I didn't know how many I would need and the attendant recommended I rent them both on Friday to be sure and that I could cancel on Monday if needed. So Monday comes and I try to cancel one of the units and no one is there all day. I call and leave a message and get no response. I had to leave for Bend and didn't hear from them for days. When i did they said they would have to charge me for the month! Fast forward 7 month to today, and I call to discuss moving out. The bill is due today and I wanted to see if they would take this as a notice and prorate me for one day out if the month usage. Nope! So I remind them that I paid for a unit in the beginning that I tried to cancel but no one was in the office and she says. "Yes that's unfortunate" but won't budge on this last day costing me an entire month. So if you have a choice in another storage company I would stay away!

I rented for a…read morevery short time and was given the okay THREE SEPARATE TIMES to pay a prorated price for the final month because I used the storage for only two days. After I made my final payment, I realized they had kept my deposit and gave me no reason. You also cannot meet with anyone in person. AVOID THIS COMPANY! There are several other good storage units in Talent, one of them right up the street from this one.
