Wright's Shed Co. built an 8x12 garden shed for me in 2017, for which I paid $2,200. I wanted to review them a few years after owning the shed to provide some perspective on their craftsmanship and quality. When I initially contacted Wright's Shed Co. for an estimate, they provided an itemized quote, and the salesperson was quick to respond to my questions. When I got closer to making a decision, I asked the salesperson to come out to my house to help match paint colors and shingles. He replied, "I am not currently scheduled to be down in that area." So my wife and I did our best to match colors, and I contacted Wright's Shed Company to order our shed. We had an 8x12 concrete pad poured for the shed, and after the concrete was ready, Wright's team came out for installation. Their experienced installers wasted no time installing the shed, and they built it impressively quickly. Later on, I'd realize that their hasty fabrication resulted in less than desirable building quality. Looking back on the shed construction now, having owned the shed for three years, Wright's Shed Co. used substandard materials, and their craftsmanship was of low quality. They used roughly cut No. 3 Common 2x4s to frame the shed, many of which were damaged and blemished. The hardware is rusting, including the bolts used to attach the shed to the concrete foundation and the roofing nails. There are gaps between the walls and the roof, allowing light, bugs, and moisture inside the shed. Nails are protruding from the shingled roof into the shed's interior, and the nails are rusting. During the sales process, I asked the salesperson about their competitors like Tuff Shed and Kong Sheds. He replied, "We don't worry about the competition. We build our sheds to last. We have a great track record of happy customers and long lasting, good looking sheds." Unfortunately, that wasn't true. After the shed was built, I wrote to my salesperson to complain that the paint colors and shingle colors didn't match our home. He ignored my email and never replied. I decided it wasn't worth fighting over and moved into the shed. It's been wonderful having the extra storage and reclaiming space in my garage. Although I have a functional garden shed, I'm concerned that it may not last long given the material and craftsmanship issues. That's my experience with Wright's Shed Co. read more

I have wanted a backyard shed for many years now, but wanted a quality shed that will last. I looked at sheds from Lowes, Tuff Shed and others. When I went on the Wright Shed website, I was able to design exactly what I wanted. It took a bit if a wait, because I ordered in August and they built it in November, but it was worth the wait. It is exactly what I wanted and the Craftsmanship and materials they used were top rate. The three nice gentleman the built it really husseld and got in finished in 6 hrs. They made sure the paint was touched up after anyd damaged from hauling the pre-construction parts on their trailer. It turned out really better than I expected and I didn't have to pay a dime until they were done and I was satisfied. The office staff is super friendly and we're very accommodating to my customization requests. At the end of the day I got my 10x20 garage at a great price. The build started off with rain and to my surprise Amador, Jorge, and Erick worked through it. When the snow started coming down they opted to come back another day. After calling to say I was ready the team was back at my house the next afternoon. Amador's team did an amazing job and my garage looks great. Wright's Shed Co. just hit a home run putting in a new mini-garage in our back-yard today. They showed up at 8:30, which was right on time, and had the thing completely built and painted in about 4 hours. The work ethic and teamwork displayed by this team of installers was absolutely incredible. I just sat there in awe for 4 hours watching Amador, Jorge, and Erik working together like a well oiled machine. They even let me get in their way for a few minutes and didn't skip a beat. We are super happy with our shed from Wright's. Jenn is so great to work with and they showed up on-time and took care of everything. When one thing was a little off, I talked to them and they took care of it right away. The design process is easy and the quality and finished look is awesome. I've already recommended them to several friends. My only suggestion would be that they offer the option (for an additional fee) to paint the inside of the shed and floor. When they already have a sprayer going, it would not be that hard. We ended up using the leftover paint and doing it ourselves, but gladly would have paid to have it done already, as it was pretty tedious. It looks really good. Hired Wright shed to build an 8x16 outbuilding. Super easy to work with and I could not be happier. The ordering process was smooth and the customer service team excellent to work with. I was surprised that they took no deposit up front. The building arrived on a trailer exactly (to the min) when it was scheduled to be assembled by a team of three. It took them most of the day. I think the crew leader was Antonio, he and his team were exceedingly diligent and conscientious, leaving the work site clean. We hired Wrights Shed to build our garage. Their bid came in very reasonable, about what I had expected to pay for a garage 23x24. AAA concrete was his sub for concrete. We made a couple of adjustments and they did a good job. Thought they should have brought out road base before they poured the parking pad along side and the sidewalk, but was assured that with undisturbed soil it would be ok. The building itself looks great and accommodates both vehicles and my Harley very well. The project took longer than I had anticipated, but the final result I'm very pleased with. My only complaint would be that the subs said they would be there at a specific time and would no show, so had to keep bugging them so they would get out and finish, but Dave did a great job in following up and making sure the work got done. I worked with an english speaking guy to place my order. When the workers came, they didn't understand english and couldn't do much to fix the errors. They had been given the wrong skylight, and the building was made at the shop 10x8 instead of 8x10. They installed it anyway, with no base for half and 1 color of shingle for the main building and a diff. color for the ridge. Many of the 'trusses' do not touch the header plate so the roof sags in the middle. Sadly the door is off by 1.5 inches, but just at the bottom. The workers were supposed to finish by 5pm but couldn't but they asked for payment anyway. I had to leave at 5 pm and told them this when they arrived at 7am. If I had been smarter I would have turned them away at step one, when we all realized the design didn't match the order. read more

Hired Wrights Shed Co. in late September. They were requested to build a 24x24 Barn Garage. They took on the job and had nothing but excuses as to why they hadn't started the job ranging from they were busy to the state was making mistakes. Com to find out that they were turning in plans that weren't legible to the state so they were sent back! Next they finally pour concrete but when they were digging the foundation they hit the sewer line and told me they would give me $60 for the broken pipe that cost me $695 to repair. well to my mistake i continue to let them Dabble at working on my garage that was to take 2 weeks to build which is now on its 9th week and my yard completely destroyed by cranes and trucks! Their response "its the nature of the job." now the entire structure is complete and they have a few finishing touches, the deck stairs and placing 2 doors which could be done in 1 day and were on week 5 of the deck not even being touched but all the wood strewn through out my yard under a foot of snow!!! Not to mention they have been paid in full PLUS MORE because apparently their quote doesn't include the permit fees that were to be in the quote. AND THE PACKED UP AND WONT RETURN CALLS TEXTS OR EMAILS with the job not finished!! Daniel Wright is a scam artist and deserves no further business. it has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. Should have gone with A-Shed!!! On a side note their hired staff does Great work and is extremely friendly. Sad thing because they deserve to work for a company that doesn't steal from their customers read more
