They were neat, self-sufficient and paid on time every month. When they decided to relocate in 2016, I decided to sell and of course went back to Karen for help. She took care of everything. She has every type of service person available from paint, handyman, heating and a/c and gardener. She coordinated the presentation of the property and it sold last month. The maintenance crew has been amazing, Marc has been the best maintenance person I've ever worked with. We knew coming in that there would be fixes, and we we've been happy with how the response has been with any issues.
