DO NOT MOVE HERE!…read more Worst place to live. Claimed damages that didn't exist and not only kept our entire security deposit, and even charged us an additional $600+. They charged us to professionally clean the carpets (which we did!!!) and then charged us to REPLACE THE CARPETS. Both charges together were $900+. I had to go back and forth with multiple departments to have the charges removed and thankfully I recorded the entire unit upon move out incase something like this happened. At the move out inspection, the inspector was there for 4 minutes ( we timed it) and told us there was no visible damage we had to fix. Shitty front office, Jessica is rude and Jannah is great when she's there, which is rarely. They are NEVER THERE AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE EVER. We moved out months ago and left WiFi equipment (we assumed we could leave it because WiFi was through tricon & that was our mistake). Anyway we got a $500 bill because the equipment wasn't returned. Again our fault. So we called tricon 50x a day for over a month and left multiple messages and emails to the front office. Never once did they answer the phones, but they also never replied to voicemails or emails. My partner went to the location multiple times to get assistance on retrieving the WiFi equipment and no one was ever there. The new tenants understandably did not want us to retrieve the equipment and asked for assistance from the front office, but they aren't there ever!!!! ALSO, when we moved in, the pony wall at the top of the stairs fully shifted when leaned against it, and the sink entirely fell out while I was filling it up to soak a shirt in. It's very poorly built. AND ON NEW YEARS EVE 2025 there was a shooting and police stand off inside of the complex, which the facility failed to ever address.

I live in OC, and it's a little bit of trek to Murrieta given the traffic. Karen saved me. We started with rental tenants, and she found the perfect couple. They were neat, self-sufficient and paid on time every month. When they decided to relocate in 2016, I decided to sell and of course went back to Karen for help. She took care of everything. She has every type of service person available from paint, handyman, heating and a/c and gardener. She coordinated the presentation of the property and it sold last month. The rental process was perfect. The house itself is great, though there was work that needed to be done and we knew that from the beginning. The maintenance crew has been amazing, Marc has been the best maintenance person I've ever worked with. He has meticulously repaired any issues, we've had a ceiling fan replaced, bathroom vanity replaced. We knew coming in that there would be fixes, and we we've been happy with how the response has been with any issues.
