Getting a hold of them is like pulling teeth.... really was interested on using their services for a full service Property Management. Tried calling but it goes directly to voicemail and I leave voicemails but no response or follow ups. Also tried submitting online inquiries on both their website and through Yelp yet no response. Then Lindsey calls me on a random Sunday a week later when I am not available and when I get the chance to call back she doesn't answer either. Just for the owner to reply 2 weeks later from the original initiated conversation "Sorry, I'm booked for this time." Very unprofessional, and if they can't get to me in a timely manner truly shows how they will treat my tenants who would be occupying my home or if I needed to get a hold of them, so I would rather take my business elsewhere. read more

And being a terrible property manager I told you my privacy was very important I kept texting you telling you when your gonna fix the toilet you didn't reply just left a note at the door and told me if I don't answer you'll get the house keys from the owner to come in. We were going to rent a property but the owner of the property wouldn't comply with his end of the deal, so we were within our right to void the lease. There was only so much Nick could do, but he absolutely tried to get the owner to fix the issues and I really feel that him and Lindsay were very open, honest, and easy to work with. Had they had another property available within their network we would have absolutely rented it just to be able to keep them as property managers.
