This isn't mentioned in the description. If you do decide to rent, call them directly and ask for a cabin in the back of the property. It's pricey in my opinion considering the issues I listed here. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

I backed us quickly out of the room and back to the desk we went. (Glad it wasn't someone brandishing a firearm and declaring us as violating his space!) The correct room was 106 and not 108. Easy mistake, but might not have ended well. This hotel, 27 years old, is exceptionally well maintained. No fridge or microwave in rooms and not much of a TV, but we were just there for the night. The bed was amazing. The A/C was a little anemic, but it did get the room cool. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Great cheese omelets! It is somewhat off the path, but close to a few restaurants/grills.

Every time we've come, they've added something new: flooring, window coverings, lamps, art, furniture. It's not fancy but I always have a great night's sleep there. It's the cleanest place we've ever stayed, no matter the price point, even though it's pretty basic. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and pleasant and they work hard to make the place appealing.
