Today, I tried their Very Berry Protein Shake, and it was surprisingly good. I'm usually not a fan of peanut butter, but I finished the whole thing! They use Gold Standard protein (my go-to), so I'm guessing it has around 24g of protein, which is a solid boost. It even got me thinking I should start making my own shakes instead of sticking to the basics. The staff adds to the charm - there's an older gentleman, who I think might be the owner, and he was incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out! It's a great spot with solid options, and it's just what Downtown Ithaca needed :)
