Working out in…read moreone form or another has always been part of my routine, and I have always been fascinated by nutrition and habitually have tried my best to continuously learn as much as I can. I looked around and contacted several different trainers, Jeff responded before anyone else. Although I looked at a few others, I picked Jeff because I just liked him. It was an excellent choice. He is dedicated, he knows so much about wellness and more importantly he is always learning. I can ask anything about nutrition, lifestyle or training and if he needs more information, he finds out and then shares with me. The thing that matters most is that here I am, four months past my big day and I still train with Jeff. I am also so happy to say that my husband was so impressed with what he saw and with what I told him, that he now trains with Jeff too. I have been so impressed with the way in which Jeff has modified everything to meet my husband where he is. A very different place than where I ever was, and the results are already visible. Not only does my husband look healthier, he clearly feels better too. It has been such a positive experience for both of us.

My mother-in-law required in home nursing visits and physical and occupational therapy after her…read moresurgery and Bayada Home Health was the agency selected for her. I used to do home health care as an RN (not for Bayada) and we always would be out to see a new patient either the same day, or early the next day if it was someone that got home late and didn't have pressing needs (such as a dressing change). Bayada did not come out to see my mother-in-law for 3 DAYS, and only after 2 phone calls were made to the office. The first time we called we were told she could just call if she needed them or had questions! Really?? When they did finally come out the nurse was very nice, but never even got a set of vital signs, which is one of the things required to get reimbursed by Medicare. The physical therapist and the occupational therapist also took several days to come out and see her, and again it took several phone calls for it to happen. PT an OT each only came out once a week, but we found out later they were supposed to be coming out 3 times a week. At the first post-opt appointment the doctor stopped Bayada and had her go to outpatient physical therapy 5 times a week instead because he said she was no where near the level she should have been functioning. Overall a very negative experience. I gave Bayada 2 stars instead of one because the people that did come out were very nice, but honestly would never use them again, and would request another agency.
