Once I received my order I began program. I keep track of my weight each day. I walk 1.5 miles each day, I also go to water aerobics at the YMCA 3 x per week. I monitored my food intake as the program requires that I do. After 45 days I went ahead and ordered another 60 days worth even though I had not lost any weight. at 75 days or so of taking the GOLO I still have not had ANY weight loss. I called customer service for a refund. They of course advised me that ONLY my initial order was eligible for a refund and since that was past 60 days I would not get a refund. I just got my starter kit for Golo and trying to get questions answered is ridiculous. It took 3 days to even get approved for the Golo Facebook page and when I posted the first time, I get a reply saying my post had to be approved and 24 hours later, still nothing yet tons of other people were posting questions. The lack of customer service is horrible, issues are skirted around and the booklet they send does not answer simple questions. Had I known this before I purchased I would have never bought anything. I've reaptedly reached out to your team via email and phone and facebook group and have never receieved a response in regards to a missing shipment for which I have paid for in the amount of $115.60. The order number is 500002770197. I placed the order on June 14th. It says on MY Golo account "fulfilled" but I never rec'd the product. Golo works if you do! There are NO magic pills for weight loss. The Release supplement helps with cravings and helps to regulate your blood sugar, but the real magic is the eating plan. There's no calorie/macro/carb counting. Just healthy, unprocessed, natural food eaten in the right proportions and at the right times to boost metabolism and stabilize blood sugar. While it's true that a small percentage of people may be sensitive to some of the ingredients and have issues with it, I would say that's a very small percentage, and that can happen with any food or any vitamin/mineral. Lettuce gives me digestive problems but I haven't left a negative review on the farmer's yelp page. There are a lot of negative reviews on here. I placed my order on July 10th, 2021 for expedited shipping and I was advised after my order that I would receive a tracking number when my package ships. Here it is July 12th, and I called and got thru early this morning and was assured my package would be shipped today and I would be receiving a tracking number via email. Later the same day after work, I checked my email and to no avail, I still did not receive the email with my tracking number and telling me that my package is on it's way.
