Upon walking in we were greeted with warm smiles and soothing music playing in the background and were immediately at ease. As odd as this sounds, felt very warm and homely. Mr. Joel Williams shared with us the process and answered all of our questions and settling any nervousness my fiancé was having. We were in two separate rooms and my fiancé text me and told me he felt relaxed and this wasn't as bad as he was making it. I felt so relieved and at peace during the whole process. They have convenient hours - open until 7 Mondays and Tuesdays, and open until 5:30 Wednesdays and Thursdays (closed Fridays). My first appointment was with a nurse practitioner and she spent an entire hour going over my history but most importantly not shaming me or making me feel bad about myself.
