The shop is conveniently located right off of Rt.13 in Odessa. Parking is a little challenging because there are only a few spaces near the building. Today I'd the first time ever I have had the employee offer me something of less value as a replacement. Then they proceeded to argue that they could not give me more than I ordered in value and I should contact the 800 number for a refund of the 40 cents value difference. This is not a matter of not having enough replacement product, this is a stubborn employee and poor policy enforcement. I'm an not even sure it is a policy given prior replacements offered. There are choices in the area that are competition that this interaction is definitely inspiring me to look into.

The last two times, I had to wait because they were working on mobile or DoorDash orders. It is a little frustrating when you are the only person there and waiting for one or two items and they are working on multiple orders. The very last time they ran out of açai and didn't let me know so I ended up waiting a half hour before I reached out and asked if there was a problem with my order.
