We contacted them a week ago…read moreto make sure they had them and reconfirmed a few days in advanced, then again the day before pick-up. They told us how big our trailer needed to be. They called us in the morning to confirm when we were arriving. We spent over 8000 on a new trailer, bought 22 sheets of plywood and made the 4 HOUR round trip to pick up the shelters. They didn't even have one ready and no one within a 4 hour radius has them. Our baby donkeys are going to freeze for another week in this rain because of these jackholes!
