I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again. The large lit up buck was there but the doe was not. Emiliano immediately looked it up but only found the display so he offered me a discount on the doe female deer. Before I purchased it he said we should walk out to make sure it would fit in my car. Then after he got a ladder to retrieved the display. And I made my purchases. He offered to help me take the purchases to my car. Emillano went above and beyond and I totally appreciated his help. If the bouquet couldn't be made as advertised, the order should have been canceled rather than delivered incomplete. I would have preferred an early cancellation over being disappointed and having to request flowers that were supposed to be included. The staff was polite and helpful, which I appreciate, but the overall experience was frustrating. Please be mindful of customers' time and expectations.
