She looked me straight in the eye and turned her back to me and after standing and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, I went to someone that looked like a manager another young lady with short dark hair that didn't seem to care about my complaint or concern. I'll never take my animals to this PetCo again. I'll start going across the highway too the other pet store! If the heavyset lady in the grooming area is going to act like that towards me, I sure as hell don't want her cutting my dogs nails.

We have had across the board experiences with local groomers - from "Don't bring her back," to "must have strong medication." I liked the last groomer personally but Mia never looked as nice as I thought she could look. Her face hair was always left long and her eyes disappeared. Her tail was left ungroomed. Sally, of 'For pets Only', took her in, and must have quite a way with animals. Mia had only half of her medication and did great. Mia has never looked better! We have finally found our groomer!
