They also have a punch card where you get a free cup of chocolate after purchasing 12 cups. They offer free gift wrapping which is a nice touch. Service is friendly. The gift cards make them a better deal. They are expensive but the quality is top notch. The seasoning and herbs are a great deal and they also sell soup bases. I tend to buy refills in the bags and refill my jars. Big savings here. If you want a larger bag and they only have the smaller ones, they will combine and give you the larger bag price. My only complaint is that I want a Penzey's lunch box for my collection but they don't sell them.
