Within a very reasonable amount of time I was greeted with a extremely energetic and fantastic service supervisor Robert M and Josh D. They were absolutely astonishing and fully prepared. After a thorough diagnostic of my AC system, Robert proceeded to explain with friendliness and no pressure the option I had to resolve my issue. Within 1 hour I was back in business and my AC system was working better than it ever had before. He preformed a full maintenance, cleared my drain line, washed my outdoor and indoor coils and sanitized my inside unit. The charge for this service was truly as fair as it gets. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." He checked every part of the HVAC system and was happy to report there were no issues. The last time Pete was here he recommended we change the filter once a month to every six weeks which we started doing and found there is a lot less dust in the air and on the furniture. We have had them come out twice in the last month - we have two units and two handlers (two-story house). Nothing can ever be repaired, which I find very suspicious. The tech seems nice, but when we first called to inquire on their service to our upstairs unit, they told us they needed to replace our Goodman A/C unit "with the exact same thing you have" only to come back the next day and find they replaced it with a Tuttokool unit. And the second time the came out (for the other unit), they said the handler and the ac unit BOTH had to be replaced, for $8500. I called to inquire why the replaced the old Goodman brand ac unit with Tuttokool, and they just stated that they ac unit was outdated and the one we had was no longer current with new compressor laws. Plausible, but weird. They didn't see any problem in how the presented the words "replacement", and I probably should have voiced a concern that the replacement would be the exact same brand and look. But, alas - I did not and that's probably on me. I know the house is 20 years old, but - what the chances both break within the same month and now the second unit and handler have to be replaced? Service response time is great, but I am not convinced they are being truthful to all their customers.

Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck. Ryals bros said SRM should pay for it and SRM concrete says they don't need to take care of it. Both companies blame the other. I was told by Caleb that he doesn't think it's fair to hold a company he uses for concrete responsible since it's the only concrete company they have. SRM says we are too big to care. While we sit here with a 3k bill from Georgia power and 1k in driveway damages. Basically the SRM guy couldn't drive his concrete truck backwards. First he tore up our yard. Then while backing up he crushed our driveway drainage pipe. When a company came to fix it we found he had pinched our main power line to the house! So upon removal of the drain pipe the whole neighborhood flashed and we lost power. So almost 4k later in damages we now have 2 companies that work together but won't hold one responsible for it. I don't get it. I wouldn't use a company to represent my company that refuses to take responsibility in their own work. Companies don't care these days. This is proof. Screw the little guys. It's was only $3900 in damages which is "chump change" to them. We spent 24k on work. All concrete. I even bought them lunch everyday! ‍
