This was the best move I ever made, calling Ryals Bros. to service my New Bryant A/C Unit that came with my home in the Lakeland Area. I have now found my A/C Company in my new Zip Code for Life! And they are awesome! 2 days ago the pump that clears the drain clogged up. They came out fast and fixed it at such a reasonable price I was amazed. Everyone cared and they communicated and then the technician knew what had to be done and was prepared with a new pump in case. He quickly had us cooling again! Our Hero! What a professional service technician. From the fair price to seeing Ken on Facebook with the kids in the classroom you can tell this is a company with character! You have my business for life in heating and cooling that is for sure. And let me know if you get into any other business as I will want to try and be a client there as well! Ryals Brothers is the best. Our A/C was broken and we called them to come out and give us an estimate to replace the unit and evaluate the whole system. Ken came out very quickly after being called and gave us an estimate for the Mitsubishi system, which is totally appropriate for my small house. This estimate also included (at no cost) installing a temporary outside unit in order for us to have A/C prior to them installing the new system. Before Ken left, he went out to look at the old unit and was able to quickly get it up and running. The other company that we have used in the past had told us it was struck by lightening and if we repaired it it would cost $3,200 and if we replaced it it would be $5,400. Thank goodness for Ryals Brothers and their honesty and integrity and great customer service. I will never use anyone else for my A/C needs. These people are AMAZING. I called several A/C companies to get quotes for whole house air filtration and balancing the air flow in my house. Air handler at one end and the opposite end needed more air flow to maintain room temp. 3 different companies tried to sell me a new A/C system and stated they would balance the air flow at install. when I called back to ask how they were going to balance ait flow they couldn't tell me. Ryals Bros cam out and reviewed several options on air filtration as well as air purification (many purifiers create too much Ozone which is actually bad for you). They also had a solution for air balance and told me my current system was working fine. When they cam to do the work the covered the floors, wore booties and then swept the house when they were done. Very professional. Extremely polite. Price was reasonable. Do not EVER use this company! This is the worst service my family has ever had! First, they canceled an appointment on us AFTER they were supposed to come, and then the next day they decided to show up two hours early for no reason, regardless of if we were there or not. When they did show up, we were met with a vicious tirade of racist slurs against Chinese people - the company owner doesn't like Chinese-made parts, apparently, but his crazy right-wing racist rant was completely inappropriate. When I asked him to stop, he actually started screaming in my face, using several expletives. I had to go inside to get my camera phone, then took it outside and stealthily recorded him as he actually threatened me on my property. Please, do NOT use this company. They deserve to go out of business, and I will do everything in my power to ensure that happens. read more

Ken (Ryals) came out to give an estimate to get us back up an running. Other companies told us we needed a new compressor which is the heart of the machine big $$ . Ken said no way all you need is a fan motor . Our unit was older and I didnt want to keep putting money into it so I asked for an estimate for complete new system along w new fresh duct work. Old duct work was from the 70s (We had little kids so we wanted new fresh air quality)he didnt charge to replace the new fan motor and said I will keep your family cool until we install the new system WOW who offers that?! The Ryals Brothers team came out and replaced a 16-year old unit for me. They rebuilt the box that my old air-handler sat on as the home builder only used plywood and had no 2x4's to support the 150+ pound unit (they tore the top off, added 2x4s and re-insulated the box). The guys went the extra mile by going out to Lowe's to purchase trim to fill all of the gaps and make the install look fantastic! They put tarps down in my garage and where they worked on the return in the house and cleaned everything up afterwards. This company was referred to me by my realtor. You can tell immediately that these guys know what they're doing. They had to fix the ac in the main part of the house then here we are 2 weeks later and I needed them for my ac on my addition. My hours was built in 1972 and Ryals did the heat & A/C work. Ryals Brothers was owned by the two brothers. The system was replaced in 1992 and 2014 by Ryals. In 2014 the system was 22 years old and running like a champ. I was fearful it would fail in the middle of Florida's brutal summer heat. Super professional extremely knowledgeable and very helpful period they solve the problem, pointed out what caused the problem, and altered the AC system so that this would not happen again. We have been using Ryals for over 20 years. In 2012 we had a new Carrier system installed. Every time we have needed repairs, they have come out same day, and either done final repair same day, or as happened a couple weeks ago, gave us a loaner motor until a new one came in.
