My system is working OK for two months now after the scammer tech C told me I needed ducts replaced for $750. The tech from Ridge Energy Savers tried to scam me but I outsmarted him. I do not trust Ridge Energy Savers because they tried to cheat me. I called Ridge Energy Savers and told them their tech tried to scam me out of $750 and I called them several weeks later and that same tech C is still working for them scamming more people. Fairly new Lennox system broke down THREE times within a few months. So they charge about $480 to install a temp fan motor PLUS charge $100 for a deposit on a permanent fan motor, then a few months later come back and charge another $450+ to install a permanent fan motor. If this company does this to several home homeowners with Lennox systems, obviously there is some kind of racket going on and customers getting ripped off OR Lennox is selling new defective air conditioners. I will NEVER buy another Lennox ac and will NEVER use this company again. Strange too that this company refuses to give itemized invoices for work performed so you basically have to guess what services you are being charged for.
