Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." He checked every part of the HVAC system and was happy to report there were no issues. The last time Pete was here he recommended we change the filter once a month to every six weeks which we started doing and found there is a lot less dust in the air and on the furniture. All of their technicians are well trained courteous and friendly. Unlike a lot of HVAC contractors they do not try to upsell you for things you may not actually need. I highly recommend J. We have had them come out twice in the last month - we have two units and two handlers (two-story house). Nothing can ever be repaired, which I find very suspicious. The tech seems nice, but when we first called to inquire on their service to our upstairs unit, they told us they needed to replace our Goodman A/C unit "with the exact same thing you have" only to come back the next day and find they replaced it with a Tuttokool unit. And the second time the came out (for the other unit), they said the handler and the ac unit BOTH had to be replaced, for $8500. I called to inquire why the replaced the old Goodman brand ac unit with Tuttokool, and they just stated that they ac unit was outdated and the one we had was no longer current with new compressor laws. Plausible, but weird. They didn't see any problem in how the presented the words "replacement", and I probably should have voiced a concern that the replacement would be the exact same brand and look. But, alas - I did not and that's probably on me. I know the house is 20 years old, but - what the chances both break within the same month and now the second unit and handler have to be replaced? Service response time is great, but I am not convinced they are being truthful to all their customers.

Priority Cool responded with an eta of 1 pm. On the mark, Raydel showed up. Very pleasant young man. Clean and professional in appearance. My AC problem was a coil condenser fan motor I believe. It was 87 inside the house, thank the Lord for frozen peas. Felt great on my head. Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck. The noise was caused by vibrations in the outdoor mounts, it was suggested by the technician that first he could tighten the mounts and if that fixed the problem it wouldn't cost anything additional, should the noise comeback within a reasonable time later they could come back without an additional service charge and and go into the unit and determine what additional work the unit required and only bill for the additional work and parts. I agreed and so far about 4 days later everything is running quietly! I really am glad I found this place I highly recommend them!
