For those who like it hotter, they thoughtfully offer bottles of well-known hot sauces: Tapatio (3,000 Scoville Heat Units SHU), El Yucateco green habanero (7,900 SHU), and El Yucateco red habanero (7,600-9,500 SHU). For comparison, classic Tabasco ranges 2,500-5,000 SHU. I really appreciated the attention to detail in giving customers a choice of heat levels. The service was fantastic. Drinks and salsa were refilled promptly, and everything came with a smile. My chimichanga was perfectly crisp--not greasy, as we've found at other places--and the Mexican rice was light and flavorful.
