Left areas without vinyl planking and tried to disguise by covering up the area. Left a bunch of trash and debris. They used my jacuzzi bathtub to mix leveling compound leaving concrete stuck to the tub. There is a hose right outside where they were working. I paid in full. Cost me twice as much in damage. I gave the owner, Deejay. Several chances to fix the mess he made but not surprisingly he was unresponsive. I would not recommend this company.

Second off pre existing trim will have gaps if another product was in before the lvp so you are completely in the wrong lady. Jamar has worked his ass off to get where he is. I dare anyone to work as hard ash and let me know how you feel at the end of every week. His work speaks for itself and comments shouldn't define him. Give him a shot and you will see. On another note jamar does not make a habit out of showing up late on a regular basis as I have personally worked beside of him and seen the truth. I did the install myself and I had way too many gaps between the boards. After about a year I decided to redo the above rooms. I wanted to try another store so I went to this one. After I told my salesman Jason what I had and why I was replacing the previously installed flooring, Jason suggested another kind of flooring where I could glue to vinyl planks directly to the OSB subfloor. I installed this myself and I absolutely could not be happier with the result. I don't have any more gaps between the boards. Jason even suggested me to bring my dog inside who was waiting for me in my pickup. If I ever buy flooring for another room, I will absolutely use this store. I highly recommend this store.

She said it would be installed in about three weeks. That became about two months. We have a Sleep Number bed. When the installer walked in alone he said he had never seen one before. She had misled him by saying it is an adjustable bed. By the way he did a great job of figuring it out and getting the job done. I was very disappointed in her lack of professionalism.
