Ordered a product a week ago on the phone with store associate was told no problem, we will have it ready for you in a couple days couple days later I call up yes we have it it's here and it was even described it to me over the phone I said thank you I will pick it up as soon as I have the time. I call up on the way there after work assistant manager answered phone I asked to double-check the items that I called that we're ready and make sure that they're there because I'm on my way. He says they're not there and that product has to be paid for in advance had I known that it would have got taken care of the first phone call I made with them a week ago very unprofessional. Customers that order a product confirm it on the phone called several days later and confirm of its arrival and availability in stock to come and pick up then later find out that it never took place and on top of that a deposit has to be put on it. I have never been to this location nor will I dare suggest anyone else to do business here buyer beware the store has a lot of laundry within its walls to clean before it can be called a business. I oh this review to the assistant manager who is well deserved in retraining his staff on store policies over the phone. What an utter and complete joke this whole week was thinking I was going to pick up my product that I was told was there.

I had a fantastic experience at this store last Friday! I was in the area for a job, it was a…read morefoggy & misty morning on the way to work. The visibility in my car was bad. I definitely needed new wipers, and I needed to get them on my lunch break before heading home. I came in the store and realised there are more wipers in the universe than I knew existed, haha. That's when Joe the manager came by to help me. He looked up my model, got me the correct blades, and even offered to install them. I was so relieved and happy with this whole experience, which took all of 15 minutes from the time I entered the store until I was driving away. I wish more shopkeepers would have the knowledge and helpfulness that Joe has !

I bought a clutch kit from them about 10 months ago, and needless to say, I need a whole new other…read moreclutch again. this product was not reliable. I tried talking to them about warranty because they have a year of warranty, but so far they have not helped me out. I called them and they said it would be better if I emailed them. So I did, and they only replied once and sent me a screenshot of their warranty policy. Which I already knew and was trying to get warranty for my part, but after that no more responses. I did not appreciate paying a lot of money for a clutch kit that only lasted me 10 months. Now I have to find another, and get another clutch job done on my car. Clutch jobs are not cheap and I'm really upset with how this whole process has been. DO NOT BUY from this company. The parts will not last you a long time and they'll have you paying for new parts and a new job for your car.

The customer service BESIDES nick is HORRIBLE! Nick tried to help me through an actual product…read moreissue and did the best he could to try and make it right. I had a legitimate warranty/product issue due to THEIR negligence of putting the sticker for my clutch for which side faced the flywheel, on the WRONG SIDE. My mechanic put it in, to THEIR specs and the clutch tore itself apart in less than a month. Called them, they sent a new clutch disc which they charged me for, AFTER telling me they would refund me when they got the old one back...the new one had the sticker on the wrong side AGAIN! These people are crooks. They charged me for a new clutch, which was discounted but when it came time to get the refund, the lady who answers the phone was extremely rude AND BLOCKED MY NUMBERS after one time speaking with her. Now they will not answer emails or calls, to warranty/refund THEIR mistake. PLEASE by your clutches elsewhere. I will be filing a despite to get my money back from my card company and will not deal with them in the future
