    I had a remote starter and new stereo with Apple CarPlay installed. The installation was flawless. It looked like it came with the car. It was installed quickly and was able to get it by the next day which was a Sunday! I saved money by not having to rent a car and it came in handy when it was 1 degree this week. Han took the time to explain everything he installed and showed me to how to operate it. I am a very happy customer.

So I came here and decided to upgrade to a android auto radio unit and auto image tech also found one of the wires on a speaker I had replaced years ago had water damage. So after the radio unit and the wire replacement it's was cheaper than the dealership and the sound quality is even better than it was before. They are very quick and do a super clean job. I went 15% around and a 5% on front to my AS1 line. Well over the winter I got a cracked windshield where I had to replace it. The second time around they were so understanding they gave me a discount foe the front to be replaced but this time I did 15% on the whole front. Unfortunately my other half i had to make happy she wanted darker. So I made an appointment knowing I would have to pay a fee for removal. But they still gave me the same friendly service as if it was my first time around and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. The manager at that location did an excellent job satisfying me with knowledge and great service. I recommend this place to anyone if you want great service and clean service that lasts

    DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!…read more On 10/3/25, my husband paid Lee Wiles / Common Vision LLC $1,020 (plus a $281 tip) for axle and brake repair. Less than 24 hours later, the car broke down in a dangerous way. AAA confirmed the repair was unsafe and improperly done, and another certified mechanic verified this. The axle came out and nearly caused a serious accident. When I contacted him, instead of refunding the payment, he admitted in text messages that "the axle came out" but refused to return the money. He also tried to deflect responsibility by making inappropriate comments about race and insisted on "fixing" it again -- despite my clear statements that I no longer trusted him after such unsafe work. I have full documentation: receipt, CashApp payment, AAA confirmation, mechanic statement, and text messages from his phone. This needs to be on record to prevent him from scamming and endangering others. He is also not listed with the BBB as a registered business -- but I have filed a complaint so there will now be a record. If he scammed you too, REPORT HIM. Businesses that operate this way do not last. Add On: It's not harassment to ask for my money back after a repair failed in less than 24 hours and almost caused an accident. AAA confirmed the axle came out because of improper work, and a certified mechanic verified this. I provided proof: receipt, CashApp payment, and text messages where Mr. Wiles himself admitted "the axle came out." I made it very clear that I would not allow him to touch my car again after such an unsafe repair. At that point, the only responsible action was to issue a refund. I found him here on Yelp and hired him for a PPI to look at a 2003 Tiburon. A family member is an enthusiast for these old cars which they wanted to make into a "hot hatch". I met Lee at the dealer, which was a long drive to the dealer for both of us. And of course the car was in a back lot 3 or 4 rows deep. So while waiting for the dealer to find the car and bring it to the front, Lee noticed some teenagers who were there to look at a Civic SI. One of them was checking for rust by knocking his knuckles on the car body. Lee smiled at this and went over to chat with them and before you know it, he was reviewing the car with them, explaining how you really check for rust, opened the hood and began digging into how to tell if this Civic was running well or not. He looks underneath the car by getting on the ground and actually looking. I noticed all the other guys, both the dealer guys and the buyers, were hesitant to do this. I think they were intimidated because he obviously knew much more about engines than they did. I was impressed that Lee has the instincts of an educator. He really wants to not just evaluate the car but to teach others how to examine a car. Eventually the Tiburon appears and then Lee quickly went through his process. He focuses on the engine and doesn't move on from that until all issues are covered. In this case, he zeroed in immediately on the coolant system. It wasn't holding pressure. I watched as he carefully tested and retested and showed the dealer technician that the system was bad and that it was leaking. We had already been there for an hour and a half so it was decided that the dealer would pull a hose from another car ( the dealer was close to a salvage yard) and repair it and then Lee would return to test it again. In the end, even the dealer gave up on this car, he didn't complete any repair and we moved on. But I will have Lee examine any car we are considering. He is an excellent mechanic, fair and honest.
