I've dealt with numerous shops around the Tri-State area, and JZ Auto Worx has been extremely transparent in regards to price, and the work needed. The hardest part of driving an expensive vehicle is finding a mechanic who is not looking to take advantage of you based on the type of car you drive. But, Justin at JZ Auto Worx made me feel not only confident in my decision, but extremely comfortable with absolutely no pressure in servicing my vehicle. When I contacted JZ Auto Worx, I explained to them I wanted to replace my differential and other shops were weary of touching the car in general. But, JZ Auto Worx beat the price, and proved that he was confident for the task at hand. While doing the work, Justin, the shop owner suggested that I come take a look at what was needed to be replaced and what did not. At this point I realized that this case was extremely rare because most shops would do the repair "sight unseen." And would suggest you to change everything. Upon inspection, Justin did the work correctly and to spec. Every bolt, and amount of liquids were measured precisely. The one thing I suggest to those who read this is. Do it right the first time. I can trust this shop and Justin's work simply because of the precision and expertise of his feild. You life, your family, and others on the road depend on reputable, proper vechicle maintenance. This is the second time I bring my car to JZ Auto Worx and I am so happy to say I have found my car's new mechanic! He has been on time and done an excellent job. He doesn't try to up sell additonal service but will honestly let you know potential problems and if asked estimate rather they are urgent or not. A few months ago I brought my 2013 Nissan Versa I was just there for an oil change. He informed me that my air filter needed to get changed as well. Thinking I would have to come back another time, he let me know he would be able to replace it the same day for a very reasonable price. Just this past weekend he replaced all 4 of my tires right after replacing my fiancé's alternator. He even contacted both of us today to check on our cars to make sure everything was running fine. This was my second time bringing my car and most definitely will not be the last. I called Justin about a battery light that came up on my dashboard, he answered and knew exactly what the issue was. My alternator was going and before I got a chance to get it to him it went. Justin was able to provide a tow service at a reasonable price and the individual sent was very professional. My vehicle, once again, was brought back to life and I want to thank Justin so much for his work. I've had my share of mechanics, good and bad ones. I recently had a major scare as to I was driving and my steering wheel locked during a turn. I immediately called Justin because I know him and I knew he was reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He did not hesitate and asked for me to bring in my car so he can detect the problem. For my first time ever going to an auto repair shop, I'm glad I visited Justin and his team. Justin was extremely kind to someone who didn't know anything about cars. He showed me every part of the car that needed maintenance on and gave me a very nice price for the entire service. When I had to leave my car in his shop, his team would drop me off. First off, I need to stress making sure you research your mechanics credentials. Before bringing my Mercedes to Justin I had a mechanic who worked on some of my relatives vehicles service my car. Very big mistake this guy did several quick fixes stating how excellent his knowledge was on German cars.... false he didn't know a thing. Passion and dependability are often things that are overlooked when you take your car to a mechanic. Everybody is always out for a quick come up; THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE. I brought in my 2018 vehicle for an oil change and the very first thing Justin said was, "shouldn't these be free with the dealer?" No mechanic will ever do that. I've gone to Justin 3-4 times for my car. He fixed my trunk piece (took longer than expected but wasn't his fault) and replaced my brakes. Before I started going to Justin I had gone to my mom's mechanic- a different place for an oil change and other things. Finally needed another one and tells me the other mechanic never replaced the oil filter! Just tells you how honest and thorough he is when doing his work. I first got referred to Justin by Mavis after a check engine light code showed up and they had communication with my computer. They were unable to get the codes off of my computer. When I reached out to him not only was he able to get my codes off my computer but he was able to diagnose and fix two codes with a replacement of one part.
