Questioned the owner and he said it is the way it is! No transfer took place so he ripped off the seller! It's a family owned business and it shines through because I come away with the impression on every single visit that they sincerely care about their customers and go the extra mile every time to make sure they are taken care of. My wife and I just moved to PA in the spring of this year. This group of folks and even the clientèle that frequent the place are some of the best folks we have met to date. The range is well worth what they charge and is kept clean and warm even on the coldest days. Having been in law enforcement and now corporate security for over 22 years - there is a certain element of folks attracted to firearms that I would rather associate with and a certain element I would not. This is not the walmart gun center full of rednecks and neck-beards. These are true professionals whose commitment to safety and education is readily apparent. I told Chris right out of the gate I am new to rifles and he gave me a crash course in operation and takedown before I left with the shop. I felt very comfortable asking questions that more experience people may have thought were dumb. Several days after purchasing the weapon a very weird problem occurred with it. The latch pin that holds the dust cover closed shot out when I charged it. Just one of those weird, rare things that never happens, definitely not anything to do with the quality of the gun or anything like that. I stopped in and told Chris and he handed me a whole brand new dust cover with all the parts and offered to put it on for me without a problem. They have a nice selection for a smaller family owned shop with great prices. Definitely stop in if you're in the market for a gun, gear, or ammo. Thanks for reading.

It the Shooting Ranger was a female and the minute I walked she had an attitude like she didn't have no patience or anything of that nature. The Ranger do we even know how to shoot a gun? I don't have time to show you etc...The job of the Ranger is to educate us or just pull us to the side and have a conversation. Minorities aren't welcome in this facility and if you are I highly recommend you not to spend your money there.

We email the owner and he gets back to us 4 hours later saying that all of his employees are out sick. He will email us back when they are back in. He never emailed us back. Only having a few days there in the Poconos we call back the next day and the young lady says that they do buy back guns depending on the guns but she is only there for a half an hour more and that no one was there to relieve her so we can't bring it in that day and we would have to wait until the next day to see Rich. This is the same woman that made the appointment for 1-1:30 the next day. This is a poorly run establishment that makes appointments with you and doesn't keep them, make sure to call the morning of and the 5 minutes before leaving to make sure they are there. The work ethic on these people is outrageous and I'm shocked that they are still in business, there are other great places around that actually keep there appointments.

I was told this again when I called to check over the phone--he said to bring the guns and our ID. Then when we came today there were two completely different people working there and they gave us entirely different information. The whole thing was embarrassing because we were just doing what the other employee told us to do. He was not there, so we just looked dumb. So we didn't have to go there.... I guess? Now I am not entirely sure what to believe. And if I'm getting conflicting information from employees how can I trust what other information I get from them?

After the court case was settled at the same time I was going through a divorce and moved to Texas . It took approximately 2 years for me to recover financially. I called him and had part of the guns shipped to me it would take 3 shipment to retrieve all my weapons. The pistols were returned beautifully I am guessing because they were shipped with no magazines but the revolvers most of them looked like rage guns and 1 was broken 90% of the revolvers were new and some of them were high dollar and took years to hunt down as an example I hunted for a 351pd s&w 22 mag revolver and it cost almost 800$ at the time I purchased the weapon I never fired it now I don't even want it based on it condition. I am very thankful that he kept my weapons so long and would rather pay a storage fee instead of my weapons being returned used
