I did end up paying for nitrogen in the tires and for the "installation" of the floor mats but marginal considering my diminished options. I live in the east bay area, so a trip to San Jose is not easy. Also, I was heading out on a long trip the next day and didn't want to get stranded with a flat tire. Stockton Kia was the closest Kia dealership on my trip route, so I took a chance and called them to see if they could help me. I talked with Sergio in service who told me to come on in and they would see what they could do. I showed up the next day and Sergio immediately took time to help me out. The service department had a master key to remove the original locks, then installed new ones with a new key. All this was done with no charge and I was back on the road in less that 1 hour. I was very pleasantly surprised by the great customer service in that I was not a current customer. That has changed. I will now take my Kia to Stockton Kia for all future services.

We get in the car and it has estimated 1459 miles. I call them on it and i tell Oscar our sales guy and his statement is our general manager has used the car to drive to LA. We sit in the office and finance (Jamar) tells us a percentage rate for the Apr and we get home and after about 1-4 weeks of having it realize that were being charged 8.4%. We would have never said yes to buying the car. We were going to buy 2 cars from them but they left a very bad taste in our mouth. Please watch out and pay attention to all details when messing with them.
